Used to come here a lot, but never again, takes forever for them to get you checked in and they wanted a fortune for a stupid little trim piece I needed. Just buy new parts, this place is trash.

Boy I tell ya. It's bad enough the staff talks to customers like we're nobody. Yet if it wasn't for us customers Pick n pull would be out of business and some of their staff would have to work at McDonald's.
I went to pull sway bar linkage. Bought 2 others for $6 to $7.00 each. Today 5/22/24 the manger with the pink or purple hair didn't even know what I had and made up a part which she called tyrod ends. Wanted to change me $38.00. I can get 4 brand new ones for $40.00 see picture.
All 3 pick n pulls in Kansas City. The staff give deals to some. Others they make up prices for. If you don't know the freaking part, look it up. I passed on some shocks because the KCK store wanted to charge way too much for "USED" shocks. $125.00 for 2. I bought brand new ones for under $99.00.
If I were you, don't waste your time with pick n pull, either of the 3 yards I'm Kansas City.
I'm a tool kit member. I rarely get anything for a discount being a tool kit member.
If you have to return something. You don't get your money back. They only give you store credit.and when you go in and don't have your recipe. NONE of the staff will look your purchase up on your membership because they are simply LAZY and smart a** with you the customer. Some even think it's funny when the customer gets pissed by the way they take advantage of " The Customer".
So Pick n pull you lost a long time customer due to your RUDE staff and your outrageous prices on used parts.

Terrible customer service.
I get it's not your "job" to know what on YOUR lot, but if I ask you to check if a vehicle simply has a transmission on it don't start hollering about it and then hang up. That's what we're at? Grow up.

The website listed the parts for $30. I was charged $60. These thieves do not tell you the truth. Full on scam. Don't waste your time or money with pick n pull

How are you gonna charge brand new prices for used parts that you pull your self! Late model pulls them for you and there cheaper on some stuff. Don't waste your time here All n 1 junkyard on Blue ridge is better and a lot cheaper prices are cut in half. And they don't charge you every little cent.

Don't park in the parking lot. Your car will be broken into or stolen and the people working refuse to help.
