This company is currently ruining my life. I paid them over $20k to move four trailers 1300 miles and despite having a trip from hell battling winter storms and losing two vehicles along the way (one broke down the other stolen) I arrived and emptied three trailers alone in freezing conditions and now am having the final trailer being withheld with U-pack demanding an additional $3k storage fee on top of the $3k storage fee I already paid as part of the $20k. I took a loan out on my real estate and vehicle to pay the bill in full before I left Las Vegas not expecting them to charge me another dime. I was so broke by the time I arrived at the destination in Kansas that I did not have money to eat nor to fix the furnace at the destination. For the past month I have lived horribly because U-pack denies me the property I entrusted them and paid them to move for me. I have no transportation, I don’t know a soul here and am losing my remaining property back in Las Vegas due to U-pack delaying my return with their relentless efforts to squeeze me for more money I don’t have. I should never been asked to pay anything else as I paid the bill in full from the loans I had to take out. The management has no compassion for what I have been through nor do they seem to care my position is dire and I’m going to end up killing myself if they continue to torture me and deny my property and continue to cause me to lose everything I left behind in Las Vegas as I expected to have returned there by now. This company is greedy and has a double standard when it comes to use of their trailers. So yes U-pack is definitely ruining my life right now keeping me stuck and refusing the property I desperately need as foundation for successful business operation at my new location. U-pack would rather try to take my assets rather than build a good customer relationship with someone that came to them for help and not to be destroyed. What they are doing to me is an outrage and immoral.

I shopped around quite a bit before choosing U-Pack. One of the most easiest way to move! Employees were extremely nice and pleasant to work with. Move was done as agreed and without any issues. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience!

I don't usually post reviews, but I think UPACK or ABF should be rated as the top movers, so I'm going to share my experience. I relocated twice within the United States, most recently from Maryland. For both moves, I utilized UPACK PODs, and I couldn't be happier with how swiftly and affordably they deliver the PODs. I spoke with other movers, and they demand an outrageous price for the same service. Instead, reserve one or two PODs for a simple family move. I would advise booking two PODs, packing your belongings, hiring moving personnel on UHAL to load them into the PODs (you have a variety of alternatives; choose one that fits your budget), and let UPACK handle the move. For the regular delivery, we received the PODs in less than a week. A person who is at least 18 years old must be present when the PODs are dropped off on the driveway or given to us to choose a location. In contrast to the usual 3 days to empty the POD's, the PODs were with us for 5. One benefit is that you can ask UPACK to deliver the POD's on a particular day without additional charge (they might hold your POD for a week). The catch is that since Saturday and Sunday are a holiday, if they delivered the POD on Thursday, you will have five days to empty it. I want to express my gratitude to UPACK for safely delivering my belongings both times!!

This is the 3rd I've used UPack to move across the country and their speed and value is unmatched. The only issue is the quality of the trailer and ramp are sometimes questionable. On my most recent move, the same was rusted and bent, the bulkhead was splintered wood and cracked metal pipes, and my delivered trailer floor was covered in broken glass from the freight they delivered in my unused space. Good value just not perfect. I will be using them again.

This distribution facility is amazing! Nate was able to correct an issue of weight tickets immediately due to the first driver and kept me up to date over the two hour process with calls! Then Nate followed through on the back end to ensure I received empty weight tickets. Their customer service and timing was fantastic!!

We were moving a larger house from MO to AL. Called for 6 - needed 7.5. The local folks couldn't have been more helpful as we made the adjustment on the fly. The cubes are solidly built. I think more smaller cubes is better than fewer larger ones - easier to brace the pack. They showed up in AL per schedule. They brought 4 a ta time. Everyone was very helpful start to finish.

After having experiences with other moving companies, I found U-Pack, and I am so happy that I did. Their website is easy to navigate for information on their process, as well as quotes and reservations. Each interaction I had with a person was a great experience, especially the driver who delivered and then picked up the cube once it was ready to ship. It contained the precious memories and collectables of an elderly relative, and I am happy to report that everything was delivered just as we had placed it in the cube. I will definitely use U-Pack for any long distance moves I have in the future.

After researching multiple moving companies for a small long distance move, I am certain that U-Pack was the choice to make. Nearest competitor doesn’t come close to their pricing. A rep from a different company and I were actually laughing on the phone together when I asked about price matching and she asked what the other company (U-Pack) quoted me. Meaning, it wasn’t even close and she couldn’t bring her price down that far.The customer service was great and the cube container they offer was perfect for my moving size so that I wasn’t overspending for a large trailer that I wouldn’t fill. Highly recommend.
