Terrible. You're being forced to opt into an unnecessary "resident benefits Package" which is nothing more than a greedy cash grab from the company. Extremely shameful to utilize such unethical business practices. There's no transparency at all which is a huge red flag! Stay away! I'm glad that I'm not going to be a customer at a company that has zero interest in it's tenants!

Such a great team to work with, I have complete trust in their work as they always try to ensure both parties are taken care of, it has made my out of state RE investing experience easy.I will continue to purchase more properties from them in the future as their “end to end” approach & established trust has exceeded my expectations.I would recommend them to anyone who has a long term RE strategy in mind!

TPG made purchasing my first investment property way easier than I could have imagined.From the first Skype call that lasted two hours to the final 2 minute call for advice on the closing day, they made themselves available to me almost 24/7.They worked with me on selecting a house to fit my budget, explained the various models showing return and then led from the front when it came to dealing with my lender, title company etc.The fact that I was purchasing from out of state and had complete confidence from start to finish says everything about their model. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them on this property and on future ones.

I have owned rentals for five years now and have traditionally had a very close relationship with my tenants/clients. For many years I was hesitant to let another company manage properties that God has blessed me to have but after meeting this team I truly believe that I am in good hands. After only a couple of times talking with Bri on the phone I was greeted by name when I called, Mike and Todd are more friendly than I ever could’ve imagined, customer experience is a top priority for them and they take a homes condition with the upmost integrity. They don’t just manager properties but standby the entire end to end experience that it takes to create a positive situation for both the property owner and the client living in the home. If things change I will definitely update this review but I do not believe that will be the case and have the utmost confidence in this company’s ability to properly take care of what God has blessed me with.

Todd and the entire team are intelligent, very professional, and know how to make you money. Since buying investment real estate with this company I haven’t looked back.
