An absolute gem in KC. Th ladies that run this business are incredible, and the prices are better than any goodwill/redracks/Salvation Army. So glad this little spot exists.

This is the only thrift store in the entire Kansas City area where the prices reflect being a thrift store. Thank you for keeping your prices low for the community. Usually I'm able to find a few good finds there

Good selection, good prices. Overall good experience except for the surly employee who gave me attitude when I was trying to step out of the way and accidentally stepped into the employees only area. I apologized and was told “that’s why we have a sign”. Sorry ma’am, can’t read the sign when I’m somewhat behind it.

I'm so grateful that the community has this heart-centered resource! Well rounded merchandise that is actually priced at thrift store prices- a rarity these days. They offer lots of support programs for those in need. The staff are wonderful and there is a palpable sense of community in the store. In my experience, they are inclusivity focused and intend to assist all in need, without regard to socially imposed labels.
This is one shop that's well worth supporting generously! Patronize your local, independent thrift stores- they avoid the pitfalls and exorbitant prices of chains/for profit thrift shops.

Great finds at thrift store prices - the way it should be. Very helpful staff. Got a Gauguin for $9.50 and a Basset dresser for $38 and they deliver (for a fee).

I grew up close to this neighborhood and I am very happy to see this business open on 39th and Troost. I’ve given many things to this business in hopes that it can help many people that shop here. I like browsing in the store just to feel connected to the community. I hope that they maintain their business and continue to help people in the community. Once I give something I’m trusting for the best in that it will help someone. I hope that everyone will help their neighbor.
