we ended up being stranded overnight unexpectedly. the rooms were clean and they had food you could buy in the lobby in the middle of the night.the rooms were extended stay and I was very surprised at how comfortable the beds were. I am not exaggerating when I say I got a better night's sleep there than I have in more than a month. You found your business stay location. You will play hard ball on your trip for a few more nights in that bed.Airport shuttle service was fast and friendly and you are a tiny bit more than a mile from the airport.Breakfast was well done.This was my one bright spot on an otherwise crazy trip.Rooms: The bed! So comfy that if I could have stuffed the mattress into my luggage I would have.

This hotel has become our first choice whenever we're flying in or out of MCI. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, there's a full kitchen plus dishes, reliable 24 hour shuttle, late check out is allowed, and it's quiet in an excellent area. We've been here multiple times and will doubtlessly be back, huge thank you to Kiersten who checked us in the last two times she was very friendly, helpful, and all around a pleasure to talk to!!!

Best rooms out of any 3-star hotel we’ve been to. Spacious, comfortable, clean— ours even has a full-size fridge instead of a mini fridge, plus loads of cooking equipment. The shower is very big. The breakfast is great and so is the service. It’s very secure. If you’re looking to stay at a 3-star hotel in Kansas City, this is the one.

No hot water. Luke warm. I was so cold after stepping in that shower. All I did was rinse and get out. People next door yelled, and the kids were screaming all morning. I was there as my daughter reserved 10 rooms for her wedding guest on Saturday the 21st and also for herself and her partner. She said when they went into their room, it had looked like someone had taken a nap. She said the covers were pulled down and that the pillows were not straight. We didn't want to complain at the time because it was late when we got to our rooms for bed. I'm from Washington state, and I will never come back or reserve a room here. It was so expensive for our bad experience. Look elsewhere, people.Noteworthy details: Way out dated for the price they charge. Did not think the place was worth and especially for 1 ply toilet paper and no hot water

From the moment I entered TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Airport, Keirsten at the front desk stood out for her exceptional customer service. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she was also incredibly efficient, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Throughout my stay, she was available to address any concerns or questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

Perfect distance from the airport with a 24 hour shuttle. There is a decent restaurant across a couple parking lots, but you do have a full kitchen, so why not just cook in the room? Coffee and breakfast are also excellent. I will return soon!
