I recently moved and had to find a new dry-cleaning company. I tried two different companies and neither compared to the quality of Top Clean. I've decided to drive 12 miles round trip out of my my to keep using Top Clean. Simply the best quality cleaners I've ever used!Services: Laundry wash & fold

Dry cleaners are dry cleaners are dry cleaners . . . except in the case of Top Cleaners on Highway 45.Top Cleaners' level of service is such that it's almost like a different type of business as compared to a typical dry cleaner.They do their dry cleaning on site. In our neighborhood, they pick up my garments one day from my front porch and deliver it back the next - free of charge.I'm used to trying to persuade dry cleaners to fix their mistakes. Top Cleaners' mistakes are very rare, but when they have occurred, they've immediately volunteered to make them right.I'm trying to think of a realistic amount of money you would have to pay me to start using someone else for dry cleaning. $300? More? The difference vs their competition is that pronounced.

BUYER BEWARE - Worst experience ever!! Ruined a slipcover and refused to acknowledge damage. Stated there was nothing she could do. I exhausted all efforts to get this resolved. I do not know how they stay in business. She was very difficult to understand/communicate with and played that it up when it came to resolving this matter. Should have sued her for reimbursement. Cost me $400.00 to replace. I tried to support small local over larger chains - not worth the trouble.
