Unfortunately the flowers ordered (red roses) were nothing like the flowers delivered.
After posting the initial review I was contacted by the store. A very friendly Lisa apologized and put things right.

I did not know one could do the entire order online. Then I was made aware, went to the site, and it was so easy. The recipient was delighted and has so confirmed. The delivery was done by mid-day, and all went precisely as presented on the website.

Stopped in on Sunday trying to find an arrangement for a date night with a special lady. I gave a vague description of what I was wanting and Alex definitely envisioned exactly what I was looking for. This was a complete masterpiece! The arrangements are lovely and the delivery is good however if you have pets, requesting cat safe flowers is not enough. They will avoid lilies but nothing else--two years in a row I've requested cat safe flowers and gotten toxic plants such as hydrangeas.

I went on line and found Tobler’s in KC. I had to order flowers the day of the funeral. I did this
around 7:00a the morning of the funeral. Tobler’s delivered the arrangement by 12p for a 1p visitation. The arrangement was even more beautiful than the picture. Thank you Tobler’s for a beautiful arrangement on such a late notice.

What a fantastic variety of floral products and the one we chose was stunning - just like it shows online (not always the case with some florist experiences). Our recipient was beyond pleased and loved her bouquet very much! Customer Service was exceptional when I needed to ensure the zip code was updated. And prompt delivery! I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday, and this is the second time I’ve used you all and I am just blown away, and so was she! The arrangement was so beautiful!!!
