It is really nice place to live .
I feel as if it is my personal property.
Very quite and safe place to live.
I bought my own home so I am going to leave when my lease ends which is in the coming September 7,2024.

I lived at Timberlakes years ago and recently returned. Eric helped me find the right apt for me and I love it. View is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My time living in Timberlake has been nothing short of unpleasant! My vehicle has been broken into multiple times which i feel could have been prevented if the actual “gated community” that they advertise worked. The gate hasn’t worked my 2 years living here which they told me would be fixed the week of my move in. The gym is constantly filthy from the overwhelming trash and I’ve been told multiple times someone comes once a week but it doesn’t seem so. They also advertise a pool which never seems to be up and running for some reason. The only upside here is the excellent maintenance team. I’ll be more than happy when my lease is finally up! If you are deciding between Timberlake and another apartment DON’T choose Timberlake you can find a far better option.

Been living at Timber Lakes for a while. The new management here is doing a great job, having nice new paved roads has been a great start!

The process went pretty smoothly. I got a little confused by the new platform, but the office staff were very helpful to get me into the right sites and the lease document itself. I only had to provide 2-3 electronic signatures which is alot different from previous procedure.I did spend the time to read everything carefully and found there were differences from last year. The only difficult thing was the significant rent increase for the second year in a row, as I am on a fixed income.
