The ONLY luxury store in KC (but that will change by 2026 as The Plazas new owners plan to bring in all of the best. Local staff are ALL top bar as you would expect. Service here is unparalleled and very personal. The flagship store in New York has more employees and glam but it is Tourist Busy. At the KC store you get more personal service and they can order anything the NY store carries and get it in within a few days. At the KC store they have the time to treat you as their most special customer.

Really unfriendly and unpleasant. Refused to polish my bracelet stating it takes 24 hours which is completely false.

DREW LE LIEU was absolutely amazing to work with. He greeted us upon arrival and treated us with the upmost dignity and respect. He carefully listened to my preferences (including my budget) and found the most beautiful compliment to my engagement ring! We live out of state, but coming to the KCMO Tiffany & Co held special meaning to me for several reasons and Drew made sure our trip was an experience I will always treasure.

Had a wonderful experience…I came just to replace a missing earring back for my Tiffany earrings. I was treated as though I was buying the most expensive thing in the store..Bravo Kanas City staff!!! Marina helped me & another associate!! I really appreciate the experience !!

Personally I have been doing business with Tiffany for a few years. A while back I managed to grab the only chronograph w/ date Men's Iconic series and I actually think it is quite old already, perhaps handmade by the Swiss Co. back in 2009. When I purchased, the battery was depleted so I never got to see it work. Sent off to NY City for work, got it back and it was working however I noticed the second hand was just a hair off the dial and I always just tried to dismiss it as an error in reflection, however after a few years time the watch goes in for annual service and the battery is replaced however everyone overlooked the second hand until this last service, someone in New York caught it and replaced the drive mechanism and she's pretty ever since. Precise as an arrow ~ Thank You Tiffany for your diligence in resolving something I thought was my imagination. I appreciate you and will see you soon for a Men's Rose Gold Emerald Ring. Is that a thing?!

My husband and I, have long been customers of Tiffany & Co., maybe around 9-10 years now. Any jewelry we buy, whether it be for anniversarys, birthdays, or holiday gifts, is from here, including my engagement and our wedding rings.Customer service is always professional when we visit this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the complimentary services like ring cleaning has changed and am quite disappointed with the time it takes to simply clean your ring. I am not sure exactly how busy this place is, but we dropped by on a Sunday to see if I could clean my ring as we were in the area running errands. We were told an hour...Before, we'd visit the Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis and ring cleaning took as short as 10-15min. I can understand if such policies have changed since the time we purchased my ring or maybe it was because they were busy?! (Not many customers in store at the time requested) but I had hoped to get my ring clean without having to wait an hour. I also believe you get what you pay for and if we are going to invest several thousands, the service should be superb. We left disappointed as we didn't have the time to stick around.

This is the most wonderful shop here on the Plaza. Beautiful pieces, welcoming client advisors, and sometimes, a refreshing drink is offered! While looking at some of the negative reviews, most of them do not understand the store policy, or just plain being snobby. Seriously guys, come on!In the end, Tiffany and Co. will continue to earn my buisness!
