I haven’t been going to this one since they moved, only because it’s so cramped compared to the massive space they had before. At peak hours, everyone is on top of each other and you’re lucky to get some space on the mat to stretch, let alone do side extensions without hitting anyone.

Great gym! 24 hour access. Lots of equipment and plenty of dumbells.Limited equipment for squats and deadlifts.

The new location is great , smaller than the previous but really bright and clean.Seems to have pretty much all the equipment from the previous location.

Price is reasonable, just enough equipment that I rarely have to wait for anything. It could stand to be a bit brighter, and the lat pulldown handles could use some cushioning.

Are you guys joking? This gym is a total joke and clearly everyone that wants to be a part of it is highly insecure. This is not a gym, its a bunch of groupies who like to say they "workout"

This club is awesome. The staff is friendly and so helpful. They are always smiling when I walk in. The place is always clean and smells good.

Great gym. Pretty much every piece of equipment that you will need to get in shape. As a member you will have 24 hour access to all 3 locations. The membership is priced right.

Of the three locations, this one has the best layout for serious lifting and weight training. Visually, it has a very cool dark industrial aesthetic and is quite large, with multiple racks, cages, and dumbbells. It has private bathrooms and large lockers for your belongings. It also has those great, old school iron plates that just feel heavier than the rubber coated ones.On the flip side, it's extremely quiet and never gets too busy - if you need a loud, energized environment then this might not be the gym for you. Very few will be pushing themselves that hard and if you grunt and sweat, you'll be in the minority here. People are pretty much in and out, without the social atmosphere found in other gyms. I've used the gym for years and would recommend it with the caveat that it's best suited to the focused and self motivated.

It is HOT. It was over 80 degrees when I went in the other day. Miserable. How do they expect people to work out during the summer when it's that hot inside? Complaints have been ignored.

Very clean! Helpful staff, all kinds of great equipment. I was in Kansas City for vacation a great deal for the week.
