Only shop I’ll go to in KC. These guys run a great, honest business. Prices are fair, service is excellent. A product had an issue (manufacturer’s fault, not there’s) but they swapped things out and handled things in a very equitable way.

SELLS PRODUCTS TO MINORS!!!! Found product with receipt in my 14 year old daughters backpack. She has been suspended for 2 weeks. I am disgusted. They also would not accept the item back after I told them my situation. Very poor customer service. Only still standing because they are connected to Paul’s.

THEY SELL TO MINORS!!!!! No ID check my daughter is only 14 years old. I checked her backpack this evening and was told she stopped there after school. This store needs to be shut down. How is the liquor store next door and the smoke shop didn't ask her for an ID I'm disgusted.
