Store was spacious and people were nice enough but small children’s clothes were hung up with no regard to size making it difficult to look thru. The biggest problem I had with them was that they had a sign on the children’s clothes that said “50% off” and a sign when you enter that said “Yellow tag take additional 50% off”. When I got to the counter they tried to tell me that the 50% children’s clothes was over and that they cannot take off additional discounts. Not only that, but if it was blue, it was 1.99 not even half off. Very confusing, frustrating, and disappointing.

Ridiculously overpriced. Selling USED items for higher than NEW prices
-

As a former employee I can confirm reviews on the high prices. You will regularly see items with tags still on them priced higher than new because the store manager was the only one who could price. Also surprisingly enough there were 0 pricing guidelines. It was whatever she decided which explains some things being sort of high priced for a thrift store. But would get offended when commented on or vent to us on when customers complained about the prices. It’s a thrift store nobody’s expecting everything for a dollar but it should be realistically priced to sell. Especially when the original tag says $10, it’s old/outdated or worth less and it’s still priced by management for $25.

Prices too high for a thrift store. I rarely go here because of that reason.

I stopped by here this afternoon to donate some clothing. At first glance, everything was neat and orderly for such a big store. The staff was friendly and helped guide us around back to where the drop off point was. It would have been nice to have a clear sign or some sort of communication indicating a drop off point in the back of the store rather than inside. Compared to other thrift / salvation army stores, this one is much more well-kept. Parking is ample and should not be an issue for anyone. Happy donations =]

This is by no means to ding the Salvation Army as a whole, but this store is absolute dumpster fire.*Location*The location is great and used to be a former Toys-R-Us. It is an epicenter of activity as it is off 169 and not far from 152 highways. It's also by a lot of neighborhoods and other businesses. Very large warehouse inside.*Prices*YA'LL ARE JOKES! I found a brand-new dress from K-Mart with the original tag on it. It said that it was $50 at K-Mart (so what, 20 years ago or so?) The thrift store was selling it for $125 DOLLARS! I couldn't believe my eyes. I took pictures to prove it. Mislabeled maybe but appalling none-the-less. I found used shoes for $25, and other clothing marked WAY WAY WAY high for the quality it is.*Guest Services*There is no one at the checkout register. Ever. I once put away my items because I got so frustrated trying to find someone so I could pay. I understand that this is a "non-profit" but even Savers introduced self-checkout. Maybe give your guests the benefit of the doubt to improve their shopping experiences.*Overall*Take your money to a more economically friendly thrift shop who welcomes everyone and all budgets. This store doesn't care about you despite the Jesus music they play over the speakers.

Items in this store are way overpriced. For one the items are donated to you all for free and they are used. Why is everything so expensive? I’ll give 2 stars because the store is clean, organized and spacious. But for what they charge in this store I could find considerably cheaper at other thrift stores or at about the same price in the store it comes from. I wasn’t impressed.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THRIFT STORE TO ANYONE! THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND RUDE! My daughter and I were given VOUCHURES for clothing by the Community Service League because we are HOMELESS! Currently residing in a Salvation Army Shelter and they have the AUDASITY TO REFUSE our clothing VOUCHURES !

The manager was not friendly at all. I had a basket marked 1.99 and she said it was not the right price!!! Would not sell it to me! What a joke!
