Positive reaction for my first week here. Love my apartment, the grounds are well kept and it is quiet. Twice maintenance took care of a request within a few hours. Interactions with management and staff have been professional and efficient.

So there are about 6 apartment complexes in about a 2 mile radius and I chose The Retreat at Tiffany Woods for their amenities, well landscaped property with beautiful plants, pup friendly, private balcony with tree lined view, able to get an apartment with no stairs (although they have elevators)... and most importantly was ANTHONY, their leasing consultant who does a fantastic job showing you everything, answering every question! He was really one of the main reasons why I picked this apartment complex! I only looked at one other- The Vintage at Zona Rosa and the gentleman that gave me a tour there acted like he had better things to do, and I'm so glad because I would have missed out on moving here!Great place and the mgmt responds very fast to any issue. My neighbors are all great too! The doggie bags and trash cans area bonus!Love it!!

I absolutely loved living here when we first moved! However, things quickly changed once new management took over. For starters, the washing machine is constantly breaking down and the dishwasher leaks. Also, the lawn care guys would start mowing at 7-8am!! I worked nights so I called the office to ask if they could come later in the day since I had a small baby and was unable to sleep due to the noise, they said they had however many sq feet to get through. Like, okay I’m just asking if they can do MY small part of the front yard at a later time. The thing that upset me the most about living here was moving out. We had originally put down a $700 move in-deposit however we didn’t receive not one dime AND we were charged an ADDITIONAL $730 for “move out fees.” I called to ask why we were being charged so much and they said for “damage and cleaning fees.” When I looked at the broken down receipt they had charged us $400 for the small whole in the wall that was left from mounting our tv and another $245 for a new carpet in the bedroom-even though they told us they had just replaced it when we moved in last July and it had a 5 year warranty. Mind you we had never stained or dropped anything on it? I told them this and they responded “okay, I’ll meet you halfway and only charge the fee to clean it.” Knocking off $130 off of our total bill. Imagine if I wouldn’t have complained? A $300 charge for “scratching and discoloration” on the top of the fridge and stovetop? Overall, this place is nice but definitely not worth the money. They raise the prices every year and screw you over when you move out. In total, we were charged $1,400 in “move out fees” for a 1bd 1bath. That’s a whole months rent so tell me what we could have possibly done to cause that much damage?!? Insane- do not recommend.

Extremely expensive, lots of nickel and dime fees, will be moving out as soon as our lease is up. Also vent leaks onto our new couch and they said there is nothing they can do about it.

We moved here with the mindset it's temporary and we'll begin house shopping as soon as we're settled. The Retreat is so wonderful, it's going to be hard to beat/leave. The apartment home was in top notch shape when we moved in, the property is immaculately maintained, both indoor spaces and the outdoor, the entire staff is amazing and take pride in what they do. Two words that describe The Retreat- TOP NOTCH! We love living at The Retreat!

Great place to live - the most pleasant renting experience I have had throughout my life and military career in doing multiple moves. The apartments and grounds are immaculately maintained. As well, the front office staff bends over backwards to take care of residents. The maintenance team is super responsive and take care of everything. The photos are accurate , we rented before arriving and were even more pleased upon arrival.

This property is well managed and very well maintained. The amenities here are fabulous. We especially love the walking path that goes around the buildings- there's grass and trees everywhere, it's a really great environment to walk our dog. There's a pool, a spa, an excellent gym, a theater room, a tanning machine and a sauna. Plus the management staff works hard to keep everything staying great, Chelsea has been awesome- all of the staff here is just wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are nice. This complex has a lot to offer and it's in a good area of town too.

Moving usually includes a certain level of stress & anxiety but moving into The Retreat was actually joyful!! The staff was professional, thoughtful & caring, the apartment was spotless & move-in ready, while the landscape beautiful and property pristine! Although still “settling in”, it feels like home already! I love it here!

I have lived here for several years. During that time, any maintenance issues have been promptly resolved. In truth, I've had very few of those. The garbage disposal started leaking and was replaced within an hour of notification. The grounds and landscaping are meticulously maintained, snow removal is handled quickly. Overall, a very nice place to live. My only continuing minor issue involves non handicap cars frequently parking in handicap spots. I am happy living here and have no plans on moving.

Honestly, the worst part about living at the The Retreat was moving out and realizing how spoiled I was here! They try to go the extra mile as much as they can. The apartment was quite spacious and was pretty nice. All the amenities were amazing, especially the gym which was definitely pretty great for an apartment complex gym. The walking paths through the complex were also convenient for getting a little extra walking in without having to leave the complex. Everyone in the office was friendly and tried to know all the residents by name. The resident activities (at least once a month) were great and allowed me to get to know other residents.I never had any problems with my apartment, and maintenance was very responsive for a few small requests that I had for minor drain clogs or burned out lightbulbs and had it taken care of within two hours max. I have also never seen an apartment complex care so much about preventative maintenance as air filters were changed out regularly, smoke detectors checked and batteries changed, fire extinguishers provided and inspected, etc. I also never had any issues with parking while living there, though it was getting more crowded right before I moved out.At the end of the day, it is an apartment complex and so you can hear noise from neighbors, so if you have loud neighbors, it can maybe ruin your experience. Overall though, it was a fairly quiet place to live, and the area was nice. When it can time to move out, I didn’t have any problems, just the carpet cleaning fee (which I was aware would be charged from the lease) and one other small $15 fee. Sometimes I wish I didn’t have to move out, and I actually miss living here. I would recommend The Retreat to everyone!

My family has lived here for three years and it's been truly amazing. The pool is awesome, the gym got a great face lift and the staff are ALWAYS helpful, going above and beyond for the residents. 10 out of 10!

Recently moved in. So far so good. I notified management about the danger of the dog park with a retaining wall inside having no lights at night. I asked for some lighting thinking it would just be a spotlight or two. They responded quickly with several very bright lights installed by an electrician. I am very impressed!!My only complaint with the apartments is that the sound transfer is really bad. Everything echoes inside and out. We were sold on a honeycomb flooring that absorbed sound. That’s not true at all. You hear people walking above you constantly. You can easily hear dogs barking at the other end of the hall and my nextdoor neighbor snoring through the wall. You can hear people’s conversations through their front doors. The self-closing front doors also slam like a gunshot.Management overall is responsive and seems to care about their tenants. The pool, hot tub, and grounds are well taken care of. Happy to be here!

Its been 3 full months living here and i just feel more and more blessed to be here. Our apartment feels more like home every day.The staff is unbelievable. They are so caring, friendly and are always on top of things. They look out for the residents and take care of any concerns we may have if any. They are always having gatherings, events, craft events etc for all residents of all ages so everyone is included for one event or more at least. I've never seen of or heard of any other place doing that and with such friendliness as well.Maintenance is also on top of things if you need them asap and caring and friendly as well. The cleaning lady does an excellent job of the cleaning the hallways, etc.Honestly, I can't find one thing to complain about the staff or the complex.5 star plus
