One of the Top 5 Marriotts I have stayed at. Rooms are large, clean, with every detail accounted for. Location is perfect - within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff was professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff and the location is walking distance from some great food options. I plan on staying here whenever I’m in the area.
Food & drinks: Jack Stack barbecue is a must and only a 5 min scenic walk from the hotel.

This is one of the most underrated hotels I’ve ever visited and look forward to staying here every time I come to Kansas City. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming and do the small things very well. Also one of the best Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Did a one night relaxation package. Came with a bottle of wine, breakfast in the room, and a massage. Everything went smoothly. Ate at Eddie V’s for dinner and they gave us a coupon for a free cocktail.

Had a wonderful time here with some friends while visiting the city from abroad.Facilities were clean and well maintained, staff were very courteous.The location in relation to activities in the area is excellent.Really enjoyed how immaculate the showers were, rooms were in the same spotless condition.Front Desk Agent was a little odd but nothing to scoff at.Not very knowledgeable in foreign affairs with some concerning verbal statements."Israel is full of nazis"... seems like a counter-intuitive statement; but who am I to judge.Otherwise excellent service and will be recommending The Raphael to associates.Bitte!

This hotel goes above and beyond in every way. The nicest most caring staff. The rooms were immaculate and the service was even better. I had coffee in the bar every morning and loved how conscientious everybody is. Honestly, I just have nothing but phenomenal things to say. The rooms are gorgeous. The bed is comfortable. Also want to say that it is probably my favorite US hotel. It’s not too big and it’s still gives all the luxury personal field.

Stayed a night they offered me a late check out I forgot my lint roller they literally asked around to staff to get me one they really went above an beyond they were super quick with room service the room I got was King premier suite it was amazing the jetted Jacuzzi was phenomenal! They have the comfiest robes! The bed was also soft! Overall amazing experience, already planning next stay! Very classy place!

Our stay was lovely and the room was great. On our way out, we realized we had a flat tire. I called the front desk and they sent a very kind and professional young man out to fill the tire for us. I highly recommend the Raphael.
