Suzanne and Brandon have been great! I live in oklahoma and spend one week a month in Liberty. I recently placed an order for outdoor furniture with Brandon. Today I picked up the order. Suzanne helps us each visit with back door entry and elevator access. My friend is in a wheelchair and they go out of their way to accommodate us! They remember our names and are a joy to work with!

I love this place. Everyone is always super friendly and nice and go out of their way for the customers. I brought wall mounts that I have been wanting for a very long time. I love all the unique pieces and style. It’s always fun to see what they have new. Thanks for my wall mounts.

Selection : Home Decor freaks this is the place for you. No other store in KC inspires me more. I literally could roam this store for hours. I love the small things to the furniture pieces. There is surely something for everyone. Perfect place to shop if you are looking for a house warming gift as well. Unique and charming pieces. I really felt like every corner was a page from an AD magazine. Service : Kind and friendly. I didn't feel like I was being hounded -- which is great. But I also felt like I was acknowledged so if I did need any assistance I wasn't running up and down the stairs. Value: The pricing is pretty accurate and reflects the trends of today. I would expect mid-high prices. Although I found the clearance section to be quite affordable.

I LOVE LOVE Charmed House Interiors! From their awesome staff (that I consider friends) to all the decor items on 3 floors...who couldn't love this place! I shop frequently to see what is new. Had Andrew come out and help me with design details in my house and have been so happy. I have bought everything from beds, chairs, decor & even lighting fixtures. One stop to get everything I need. Every single one of their staff is so nice and friendly. Thanks Brandon and all the ladies for their help on making me feel welcome each time I come in.

We were in the market for some new bar stools, while also looking to possibly replace our couch. Charmed House had a wide variety of high quality furniture to fit every style. Although the price point was higher, it seems worth it for the quality of furniture offered. A sales associate, Brandon was a tremendous help to us and located bar stools in their online inventory that were the style and color we were looking for. Ultimately, we decided to think about the purchase and we didn't feel pressured at all. Brandon provided us with a business card and a barcode so that we could purchase the stools without issue, if we chose to later. Thanks Brandon!

One of my favorite places for souvenirs in KC! They have a more unique and diverse selection of souvenirs - from clothes, coasters, posters, home goods, etc. It's definitely a great place for gifts, I will certainly be returning just for that. What also really stuck out to me was their unique selection of candles, kitchenware, and even books. There's even a coffee shop located with the store, Novella, that has a really nice, small seating area. I saw many families walking through here, getting a coffee, so it's definitely a really great vibe. Would recommend!
