Sharon is the dream wedding dress consultant. She never makes you feel bad about trying on multiple dresses or asking to see something different. She did not pressure me to make a decision or a select a dress and truly wants you to feel great in what you put on. I felt very comfortable with her throughout my entire experience. She is someone who goes above and beyond at her job.

I went to two other places to dress shop and this place set my standards high with how I was treated. Robin was absolutely amazing and made me feel so beautiful and important while trying dresses on. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to find my dress for the special day. Thank you!!

Great experience at Gown Gallery! Sharron was very attentive to what I liked about each dress and made great choices of other dresses until I found the one! She did not try to “sell” me on the dress and was not pushy at all but was very supportive when I said yes!

After ordering and sending back a multitude of Mother of the Bride dresses, a friend suggested The Gown Gallery.What a find! Sharon is absolutely wonderful to work with! She knew just what type gown would suit me. She was so helpful to make suggestions about how I could combine elements of one dress with another so that I would end up with a completely custom styled gown. I can't wait to wear my Gown Gallery Dress for my daughter's wedding. Don't waste time ordering online-- go see the real thing and ask for Sharon!

Only one star because picking out my dress was the fun part. Everything else about this experience has been awful and nothing but anxiety inducing for an already stressed out bride. There is little to no transparency in this company whatsoever. I was told multiple times in December I would have my dress and now just radio silence. I have not received any information about my wedding dress order, who knows if it’s even been ordered, and my wedding is only a few months away. The ordering department person is always out of the office, never responds to messages/emails, and voicemail is full. I’m so frustrated and upset. All I want is the dress I fell in love with and the thought of not having that on my wedding day just ruins this entire experience for me. I know I’m not the only one going through this, and shame on The Gown Gallery for not attempting to do better for their brides!!

Absolutely 100% suggest the Gown Gallery for wedding dress shopping. Robin was friendly and pulled the most amazing options. She also made me feel super comfortable and welcome the whole time! Heard about them through a friend and will be recommending to all brides.

I ordered my dress online as a sample dress. I was a little concerned that I did not get a confirmation email however, once I reached out to the company they had immediate text and phone call communication with me throughout the entire process. I just got my dress yesterday and it is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Customer service was very responsive and anabsolute joy to work with. I would give them more than five stars if I could.
