I highly recommend this trainer at The Fountain!
Before I started working out with Coach Durias, I previously worked out at another gym. That I felt like wasn’t hitting the mark anymore, especially for the injuries I’ve had and wasn’t focusing on what I needed. Previous injuries include left ankle reconstruction, right knee scope,, torn meniscus and stretched the ACL, broken heels, kidney transplant, and a knee surgery. In my 20’s I was highly active and a runner and a rock climber. I played every sport I could get my hands on. In my 40s I feel all those injuries now. Physicians told me bring very active. I don’t need PT. But, I have tried physical therapy several times and nothing ever worked . Walking around and performing my job, my pain level is a 9-10 level everyday. Even when I wake up in the morning, sometimes it takes me 45 minutes to get out of bed because of the pain. Since he has worked with me, I have started noticing my mobility, stability, and strength come back. And after every single workout with him. Plus, my pain level has decreased substantially. And after those workouts, I don’t feel much pain at all. My attitude has definitely changed. I never thought I could find somebody who truly understands the level of pain I feel from day to day. And what is needed to achieve my goals. So, I can have a good day. He is definitely better than any physical therapist or trainer I’ve ever had previously. His attitude motivates me daily.

Great gym, they have all the equipment, workout machines and various treadmills that you need for a complete workout. It's a large space with a lot of room for your personal workout space, and they have 2 different levels. This is a very clean gym, with all the sanitizing available that you need to feel safe. The atmosphere is very open and pleasant. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the manager AJ is very professional and helpful.

Join quick before disrepair and mismanagement puts them out of business! I respect how thrifty this place was in saving money - they got cheapest equipment they could find and don’t waste a penny keeping it repaired. A noble attempt to deploy 35 glade plug ins sometimes even manages to cover the smell of mold but no extra charge for inhaling those health-enriching spores! I dare you to find equipment at another gym with more beautiful blooms of rust. You’ll feel like you’re flying as you cruise on the elliptical that rocks around above a hole in the floor where you can watch people lift underneath you. Although the weight machines creak with rust and disrepair, you’ll feel so powerful when you save the weights from dropping on your face due to rusted joints failing! Best of all, there’s never more than 3 people in the entire place at once, because the whole neighborhood knows what this place is about. You nearly get the whole gym to yourself! When complimenting the management on these features I’m told the Johnson County location has much better equipment if I want to drive out there instead of walking two blocks. I respect that they prioritize giving the rich white people the best equipment, goodness knows they need it. Sign up today! Maybe if you join me here they’ll use your money to fix the place, goodness knows they aren’t using mine.

This gym is the worst. We canceled our membership in 2020 when everything was shutting down due to covid. They allowed us to cancel because we weren’t even able to use the gym for two weeks before the shut down. We turned in our key fabs and now four years later they’re saying that we owe them $1400+ dollars! I see from the reviews that we aren’t the only ones they’re trying to scam out of money. The gym was dirty and there were even dirty underwear in what was considered there “steam room”. Stay clear of these scammers!

This gym is nothing but a sham and a scam we signed up for a membership back in 2020 when Covid hit we cancelled our membership because we couldn’t go to
The gym because of restrictions.. they told
Us that we had to bring in a written notice of our cancellation and the key fobs that they provided for us to have access to the gym which we did.... fast forward 3 years later we are getting a collection notice that we owe for the last 3 years of membership granted we cancelled the membership and never even renewed it.. the gym was a joke anyways claiming to
Have a sauna when they didn’t 2 people could barely fit in it and you had to keep adding water to even get any steam going ..beware of the scammers they will try to rob you blind… Update..evidently the lunk head that replied didn’t really read the review.. the complaint is not that you charged during Covid but the fact that we CANCELED our membership went in person to do so with the written notice you required yet whoever you had in charge didn’t do their job and you are expecting us to pay for their incompetence...your delusional and won’t get one red cent from me period.. take accountability for the lack of training your employees have that can’t even cancel a simple membership..READ the reviews people they all have the same issue .. but they claim they didn’t do anything wrong it’s all the members fault they have zero accountability for their actions

This gym is scam they try to charge me more then $2000 for not even using the gym after freezing my account with them! And they send the bill to debt collector and they end up getting $500 out of me! As you can see in comments I’m not the only victim of this! This gym is trying to make money this way since they don’t have enough members.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS GYM!!!!!!!!
They make you sign a huge contract that is so long that you won't want to read the whole thing! Then after you cancel your membership they will continue to charge you "Because you signed a contract" Even if you cancel before the renewal payment date they charge you anyway.
The rep at the location AJ literally lied to me when I setup my membership I asked him verbally if I would be charged if I canceled before my renewal and he said no. But I guess that's on me for not reading the whole multi page contract.
These guys are so shady and will screw you over!
