I am a disabled veteran and have issues with shoes, I was referred to them from the va and glad I was. Karen and janel were great. We went through multiple shoes to find the right one. Unfortunately, there were out of stock of the shoe I needed, but we're quick to get the shoe I needed, and I'm going back in a couple of days to get my new shoes thank you so much

I peeled to a stop when I saw they had Oofoos here. Then I was surprised by the customer service here. Karen is incredible!! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and introduces herself to everyone and gets to know all of her customers. She managed the store well even as it got really busy. This is how customer service SHOULD BE!

I bought a pair of shoes from The Foot Spot a few months ago and a small part of the shoe came unglued. They were so amazing when I asked to get them repaired or replaced. What a delightful place to do business!

I'd been having some foot pain in my arch, and found this place online. Not only did I get treated with respect and compassion, but I learned a whole lot about my feet and how I'm walking. Wow, who knew! I would highly recommend coming here if you have any kind of foot problems. Plus the staff, especially Karen, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like an old friend. Karen is WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and has alot of patience. Very attentive and friendly. Listens to reasons you need a certain shoe. Thankful she showed me the insoles. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this shoe store.

No matter where you live within the Metro, visit this place! After visiting, The Foot Spot, my feet feel like a million bucks. I had some extreme pain from wearing the wrong type of shoes/sandals, but this place took care of me! Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted, measured, asked a few pertinent questions, fitted, recommended, and walked out a happy customer! A top-notch experience from head to toe, pun intended. I'll visit this place for my footwear needs from here on out!

The lady helping, Karen, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and they have a good selection. I got some great Taos sandals I'll be able to walk around the city in and my wife got some great Hoka running shoes on sale. As soon as I need new work shoes I'll be back to check out the oofos and On Clouds.
