The service started off great, prompt communication & very nice. The day of the move the crew was 45 mins late. We already started moving items out of our space to make it easier since we were waiting on them to arrive. When they got there, we found out they were late because the other crew did not want to come. Our scheduled time was 1pm, they called at 9am to ask us to move it up since another client cancelled. We were unable to push the time up because we are a business and had to work the morning hours. During the move, since they were late, we had to rush to get to the new place within the new place allotted move-in timeframe. We helped unpack the truck too. Our team did over 1/2 the work. We called the next day to speak to the owner/manager. We shared that although this crew was good, 3 guys and they did an amazing job, the company is still responsible for all the hiccups with being late, causing us to have to help & having issues with new building due to time frame. The manager did NOT care and stated that is the reason the price was cheaper. When actually it was cheaper b/c they were only here 2 hours vs the 4 hour estimate because WE HELPED ALOT!! I would not recommend.

Zarin and team , professional, efficient and kind. Right on time , smooth move of heavy exercise bike from our home to another. Careful and efficient move of items within our home, one floor to another. Will use again and recommend to others with confidence.

An absolutely amazing crew! They helped us move from our apartment + items in a storage unit to our house in the KC area, and they did an amazing job! From the initial quote/consultation experience to moving day and delivery, we had such a wonderful experience with the team. We have used other moving companies before, and you can't even compare anyone else to The Dudes experience. Truly the best!

What a pleasant experience! This crew worked efficiently, smartly, and with great attitudes. The work took less time than estimated, and they only charged for actual time. No complaining, hard working, and I would definitely recommend them. I know I'll use them again if the need arises! In fact, I have now used them again!

UPDATE: The Owner called me to discuss what happened and took immediate action to make things right. I appreciate his professionalism and thoughtfulness. Although the specific crew I had did not perform at the level expected, the Owner and management are great to deal with and I wish them great success.The movers damaged both of my homes during the moving process. They were nice and polite but seemed to have little to no experience moving. I would not recommend The Dudes to anyone. Very disappointed.

The Dudes did a great job helping us load and secure large, heavy items into our moving truck! They were punctual, courteous, professional & careful with our items and in our home. The Dudes completed the job quicker than anticipated! We would definitely use them again!

Today I had the pleasure of having Brian and Dallas as my moving crew. I'd used The Dudes services before but it was just for a chair and I wasn't present for most of the move...this was totally different. I needed to get moved out of a house and into a storage unit ASAP. Dallas communicated with me earlier in the morning about some staffing issues which would cause a slight delay - no biggie! I appreciated the heads up and he was super chill about it. The Dudes rolled up at 930 and immediately got moving. I was insanely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they moved and worked together. With how complicated my storage unit location ended up being I was anxious I'd end up being billed over the original estimate of 2 hours but Dallas and Brian had time to spare by the time they were finished.When I tell you I APPRECIATE these guys...I mean it! They made a stressful situation completely the opposite. I will use these Dudes again and tell anyone else to also!

I had a great experience with The Dudes Moving Co. The whole process was pretty smooth, and Zarin checked in with me several times from booking through the end of my move. The movers I had were amazing, very efficient, friendly, and accommodated my requests. I would definitely use them again!

I used you 5 times this year, and every time has been a pleasure, fast courteous, communicate well the entire time.Thank you again Brian for helping coordinate this move. Hired for an hourly truck move and all the Dudes were kind, courteous, and speedy with loading and unloading. Cost came in below original quote based on my packing list. Would definitely use them again and recommend.
