I'm eternally grateful there are still banks willing to color just a bit outside the normal lines and actually help people. Without them I literally wouldn't have a home.”

But I want to give a review on the independence avenue branch, the drive through teller is cheating elderly people when we buy money orders, she got me once and I didn't pay attention but the next time I went to get money orders she tried it again, I have called the manager and left a message numerous times about her and never got a response, I have to drive all the way to the wornall office to do my business, I don't trust that bank anymore and will NEVER use them anymore”
