Lupe was AWESOME!!!! He kept every promise he made to me. I'm used to salesmen making empty promises to get you in office but he was solid..Soooo Grateful!!!!
Update: I went almost 30 days without A/C during the absolute hottest days this summer and it took them several attempts to fix it making me drop it off each time with ZERO accountability. Above all I attempted to register the car and the vehicle inspection is expired so I'm here AGAIN for the FIFTH TIME for a twenty minute inspection that.has now taken over two hours with no explanation...I'm so tired of this place I'm starting to feel sick to my stomach...I absolutely HATE IT HERE!

Rude service.This place is a scam to get you to pay brand new car prices for breaking down used cars. Do not buy a car here! You will save yourself a lot of trouble just saving for a down payment at a real dealership. Someone needs to put this place out of business. This is a scam lot

Dealership said I would get my title in a week and never got it. Since I didn’t have that I couldn’t get the car registered, after waiting for my title I went up to the building and was told I had to continue to wait or go to DMV. The DMV stated that I had to have big lot reach out to the original owner in Pittsburg and they never did. Once I paid the car off and asked for my title. They showed me a paper that I signed for the title to be released to me upon signing. Once again I never got that title. Just went to the DMV and they said I have to go back to big lot and do all of this over again. I got screwed and the employees at big lot were all shoulders when I needed help. I would not recommend this place if you aren’t willing to pay thousands of dollars and jump through obstacles you shouldn’t have to. Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible people.

Part 2. This Queen I just posted the first part from my other account.
The car is a gold 2013 Chevy Malibu . It has three tinted windows except one in the front on the passenger side. It has 130 something thousand miles. I had just got an oil change so the sticker should be on the window. The car is flimsy it’s like plastic Because the amount of wrecks has been in. The car has been in 7 wrecks now, and 7 owners Do not let these people scam y’all out of your money y’all will be pissed.
They won’t do anything to help you nothing at all. Plus, I talked to them about turning the car in myself or paying the payment they said I had until the 23rd to Decide between those options that I told them And they didn’t give me a warning before coming to pick it up so I can get my stuff out of the car so I had to damn near back somebody to take me because I have no transportation and no one to help me except my friends and they work in the mornings. they might talk a good game,
but this is a complete scam of your money in time. The cars are raggedy they are old , Oh, and I forgot to tell y’all they were charging me almost 16 grand for a car that already had 108,829 miles on it like be so for real

i would give 0 stars if i could! i called before going in and asked if they went based off credit or income they told me income! , they don’t pay attention to credit .. but then tell me i’m not approved because of my credit and left me with hard inquiries on my report . i asked WAY before i came in to avoid that . very unprofessional!

My experience with the Big lot car credit has been less than disappointing. I bought a car May 31st. The oil had not been changed and the engine light was on. I called back and was told that due to the 4th of July service was behind and they scheduled me for an appointment July 11@9am. At 4:30 I was told they didn't have a update on the car. I asked what time the service department left they said 5pm. I was to get an update no return call. July 12th Friday I might add. I call for status and was told again they didn't have one waiting on return service call. I told the employee over the phone @ 2pm that if service had not been started don't start it . I had work Monday morning and would bring it back another day. Show up at 4:10 to pick my car up some man comes our and said he called me 30mins after to say my car was apart and would not be ready today. I asked why he had no answers. I asked them if service was staying late I need and want my car. No....so as I am going ham in the waiting area. Moral of story don't trust the service department especially the service manager. He lied to my face.

When I first got my Ford edge the check engine light came on for code Po456. I take it get fixed and they called and told me it was ready. As soon I start my edge up the check engine light was still on with same problem. This place lies and is not legit. My salesman was cool but the mechanic side is a joke. Now they are trying charge me for something that should been fixed. This place is scam never again

Update: The above comment is LIE. I said that for a free oil change …. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE . This is the worst place you can possibly buy from. They sale you broken cars , have you sign papers saying they will promise to fix it and then NEVER DO ! On top of that if they do decide to fix it you have to pay, for something they initially promised and signed papers to fix … make it make sense someone . They get smart with you over the phone and use condescending language . They operate the business as if they are not humans. Money hungry , lazy and rude! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM TOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE!!!
