First time there was for an event. More floors than I expected; leaving was bit of an issue in finding the front of the building.

Simple and easy planning process, and perfect spot for a wedding!! We loved the cozy loft vibe paired with the sweeping views of our favorite city ? the bridal/groom rooms, elevator, parlor, alley, and venue itself were all the perfect backdrop for so many special moments!!!

As a Wedding Officiant I am always excited when the couple tells me they are getting married at the Bride & The Bauer! Such a beautiful place indeed. Not to mention the entire team at The Bride & The Bauer are so professional and friendly. Of course I can't forget to mention the VIEW of the KC SKYLINE! It's just so cool, and makes for amazing photos. You should most definitely check them out and take a tour, I know you will love it!

Great venue for weddings and other gatherings. The event space is a blank canvas that needs little decor as the windows over look down town KC.Great space for photos as it has a ton of historic/vintage looking backdrops within the venue.

We loved the Bauer for our wedding! The Bauer hour was helpful and having access to view the space was clutch. They have a well established rental routine where we knew exactly what to expect. Their packages are very clear into the point and their communication is very efficient and effective. The spaces themselves were absolutely beautiful and being able to run the lounge space, the furniture, and the bride and grandma‘s rooms really made the experience special. We were our own DJ and the sound system was great as well as the ambience throughout the evening being able to control the lights. After looking at nearly a doused venues across the mentro, we found the the Bauer was a great balance of beautiful accommodations and affordability.

Gorgeous historic warehouse located in the crossroads art district. Home to several artist studios and galleries, small buisness start ups, and event venue location. Boasts perfect backdrop to First Friday's. A jewel of the KC Arts District.
