Jacinda was amazing! My son has special needs and a very serious fear of needles. We had to have blood drawn, and even the local children’s hospital can’t get his blood draw without sedation. Jacinda proved that experience and love are better than any sedative. She took her time, and made sure he was comfortable. I am very impressed and will be using this lab for any future blood labs we may need. Thank you, Jacinda. For treating my son like the individual he is. ♥️

Staff was very friendly and fast. I scheduled an appointment and went in the middle of the day so there was only one other people in the office. Wait time in my circumstances was spectacular. Your mileage might vary.

This was hands down the best experience, the entire staff was completely understanding and so so helpful to me in this awful time I’m going through currently, than with dna test stuff too all the extra stress. I would recommend to anyone needing Their services, very kind quick to the point lady’s very respectful and helpful 10/10 no doubt!

Such a kind and caring staff. Had to reschedule an appointment that initially was not at their location and they were able to squeeze in my appointment last minute before the end of their day. Was so gracious about it and made sure that we were able to take care of everything. Very conversational, genuine, and just knowing that there are people like that in clinical/medical work is the most reassuring thing.
