The service was good. The two men at the front desk were very nice and helpful in making sure I had a shuttle ready for the airport early next morning. Very close to the airport.

I was charge twice, Went to the front office to inform them about it, I got my money back, but yesterday night I got charge again and I wasn’t even in Kansas City, the room had dead cockroaches across the room, With them charging me twice I believe the service was horrible. Hotel was clean, and had everything we needed before our flight out of KCI, including breakfast available at 4am. Only detriment was that the bed was too firm
