Sunny Nails may have 1 to 2 good tech. They will assign you experienced or inexperienced and the work is still trash, but expect you to pay joyfully. They seem to think we should just except the poor service and we're the problem if we complain. I'd be willing to bet if the majority of their clients were white they would take pride in their work. Nails were uneven, old polish left on, excess skin left . Young girl looked about 18,seemed uninterested in her job, looking all around and not paying attention, Angie the owner came over and was worse, she took the lazy way out while taking chunks of skin out of my feet, moving really fast, slamming my feet around, like some disrespectful moron. People of color please demand better, we are paying our money and their bills. Oh and high prices for cheap work. Only came here because Hellen at KC nails is on vacation.

I had a teen working on my nails and she split my hand. My nails are different sizes 2 people had to help me I was here for 2 hours never again ! This was the worst experience I have ever received from this place

Whoever fills in for Athena to do eyebrows when she’s not there absolutely sucks she has horrible customer service very rude and rushes through everything. Ridiculous add on fees . Will never go here again. Only came here because Cindy at star nails was on vacation. Never again.!!

Prices are not good at all they just kept on adding on the price! 50 for a pedicure the massage was the best part but prices are horrible! You also have the 2$ fee added on I should of walked away when I saw thatServices: Foot massages

Completely ruined my real nails. Went in for a soak off and overlay with design work. I let her know that my nails were REAL. She drilled them down to paper thin trying to hurry and get the current acrylic off instead of letting it soak off. She was drilling so hard that it was popping in my face. She showed NO regard or care for my nails. She filed my nails so hard that my hands hurt for 2 days. Did not do the design I asked for and did the one she wanted instead. I had polish missing on the side of some of my nails and the shape was inconsistent. Completely rushed through my service. Giving 2 stars simply because I liked the design even though it wasn’t what I asked for.

Nails aren’t the best this is how I walked out of the shop on Saturday evening, I paid $45+ $5tip+ $2 fee to use a card which I never had that happen in the past left hand is better but I didn’t nothing this side issue until I paid already, total rip off and won’t be back

Very disappointed. I went here one day and the ladies were SO NICE I was so happy to have found a new place!! Now I call to ask a question and a man answers and hangs up on me after I ask my question, call back and he keeps picking up and hanging up. Absolutely ridiculous y’all should definitely get rid of whatever man is answering your phone! Because I was so happy with my nail lady then he just ruined everything. Won’t be coming back! Thanks Kim for your lovely service.

The prices on there menu is not what they tell you once you get the service a fill for 50$ just because I got a cut down never again I don't even pay that much for a full set things have changed over the years I will not returnServices: Pedicure
