I went to storage mart on Broadway, Sunday (10/6/24), with all my storage in a uhaul & could not get into the gate! I had to take the full uhaul back to center, buy a lock & keep it there until tomorrow,(10/7/24) Monday, when someone will be at office. I hope they get the gate issue settled. I like the location. I want to store my possessions there! Nice place with bad gates!
This was all a miscommunication. They gave me the code with an extra number. Now all my items are now in the unit. Perfect size! Now I love it there. The people there are very friendly. I figured out the maze of units. It took my 3rd trip before I figured it out! I'm glad I'm there! Wonderful place!

We met Rowen today at the Broadway & 34st in Kansas City, MO. Excellent customer support! We really like the cleanliness and easy access to our unit. Would definitely recommend this storage space.
