I am as loyal to Nissan as it gets. Have been to every dealership in the KC metro area... this is the one you have to go to!
Mike Tolbert and the rest of the team were great to work with despite a more complex situation leasing a truck to my business. While getting that done quickly, I had the service center work on my old X-terra and they did a great job not just doing the work but also explaining to me what was going on.
Highly recommend!

It's 2024, and you're still asking customers to print out coupons and bring them in? Other dealerships I've been to don't require this. If you're not interested in honoring promotions, it might be better not to offer them at all instead of playing these games.

They were nice and professional. Also I didn’t have to wait a long time for my car to be service.

I paid for a pair of tires and it took 3 weeks to order them, then I sent an email to customer service, they never responded.
And when I made the appointment to have the tires put on I said they would align them.
Then they called me that it was ready and it turns out that they hadn't lined it up for me and they didn't know about it?I had to wait another hour for it to be aligned?.

Your personal safety is at risk at this location. If you are a person of color, minority, or woman - please read this review before you go to the State Line Nissan dealership for your own personal safety. I do not normally write reviews because people can have bad days, but for my husband to be verbally assaulted by an employee at this location is a different story and worth writing about.
My husband (a person of color) was cut off by an employee driving a vehicle as my husband entered the parking lot of this Nissan dealership. He was there to pick up my car for incomplete service after the service dept. had failed to diagnose the issue going on with the car. The employee who cut him off proceeded to circle back around and block my husband into a parking spot so that my husband could not drive off. He then got out of his car and was verbally aggressive and intimidating to my husband.
This man was a large white man, wearing a Nissan dealership service shirt, on company property - and my husband being a person of color immediately began fearing for his life as the man's voice and the situation escalated - racism is a reality for people of color, and in this day and age, your life can be at risk just by being a non-white American. As my husband began to call out for other employees to come to his aid in this situation he was repeatedly told to calm down, and being unable to do so as he was afraid for his life, was directed to the service managers.
The service managers Dana and Bryan handled the situation in a professional way, as well as reducing the payment of diagnostics down to $0 in order to make the situation straight. After talking to them I was assured the employee was "off the clock, and that the situation would be addressed the next day."
My coworker just bought her son a car here and I will be immediately recommending her to service this car somewhere else for the duration of that car's life. I cannot with clear conscious allow her 16-year-old son to possibly be at risk for any reason that I am aware of.
The unfortunate part was that me and my husband were potentially looking to buy a vehicle with Nissan at the State Line location, but absolutely will never be setting foot on this property again for the sake of my husbands personal safety. I truly hope they pull the security footage and take care of this employee. But as a woman married to a person of color, I would highly recommend if your spouse or partner is taking their car to get serviced here to go with them in case your significant other's is verbally assaulted as well.

Didn't end up buying a truck from them, but wanted to say Michael was a great person to work with. Simple and to the point with the numbers, just how I like. Would recommend asking for him if you're looking at this dealership for vehicle.

What a fabulous experience by all parties involved at State Line Nissan!! Hadn’t bought a new car in over a decade, because the last Nissan lasted a long time, I was slightly nervous about going to a new location. I couldn’t be happier at the vehicle I purchased or the awesome help from Gretchen & Carri!! Top notch customer service and attention to the important details of my needs. They both were simply amazing. Highly recommend the dealership to anyone and the people. Do yourself a favor and go!! Thanks again ladies!!

Bought a used Frontier here a few weeks ago, and it was a great experience overall. Yuri was our salesman, and he was extremely helpful and great to work with. We were in and out pretty quickly and love the truck. Would certainly buy here again.

I would highly recommend that you buy your next Nissan at State Line! I called in on Thursday and told them what I wanted and received a quote to purchase my wife’s new Rogue. Came in on Saturday morning and was greeted right away by the General Sales Manager Ed. We ended up working with a phenomenal young man named Mike T. Mike made this a great experience with clear and transparent dealings. My wife is super happy with her new 2024 Rogue and I will certainly use them going forward for our vehicle needs!!! Well done to the State Line Nissan Team??

I would NEVER buy from this store again. I called to ask for directions and all I got were directions. When we got there, a salesman greeted us in the parking lot. Spent 3 days with us working out a deal. We bought two expensive vehicles. And then we found out the jerk who answered the phone to give directions had claimed our sale as his own and said that our salesman had stolen his client. He got HALF of the hard working salesman's commission. Come to find out, this "top salesman" was always sent the phone calls for directions and had pulled this all the time. And THEY LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT. Shame on you!
