Brought vehicle in for a oil change decided to walk around and check out the new vehicles and noticed my vehicle on the lift getting serviced. 3 hrs later my vehicle is still in the lift while 2 techs sit staring mindlessly at their phones. Guess they're waiting on the oil to be pumped out the ground and delivered. Lousy for no reason.

Staff was courteous and professional. The whole experience was smooth. I showed up about 3 hours ahead of schedule and the staff, more specifically John Rodriguez, jumped through hoops to make the process as quick as possible and has answered every phone call to address questions or concerns. His no pressure and friendly approach was very appreciated. Thank you to everyone involved, I'm loving my new Power Wagon!!
