On Thursday 10/26/23 I walked to the Bonvoy desk (Conf #77122858) to check in. The rude female stated (without a hello or anything) my computer isn’t up, you need to go to the other line. So much for being a Bonvoy member who uses Marriott on all travel. So I check in at the next desk and proceed to my room (619).As a frequent traveler I always check the cleanliness of my room. While I’m the bathroom there was hair in the shower and floor as well as some splatter (unknown substance) on the bathroom wall near the trash can.I attempted to contact the front desk via phone but got no answer. I ended up emailing Marriott Bonvoy. No response. I’m guessing they know the hotel is trash.The hotel room was outdated and in dire need of remodel. Then Marriott has the audacity to send me 3 separate surveys. I guess they want to confirm my experience.I will NEVER book the KCI Marriott.Dissatisfied customer

Rooms were clean and quiet. Location was great for what we needed too. Breakfast was decent, aside from them serving the exact same thing every day. Staff was friendly and helpful even when my coworker had an issue with her room.

I had a terrible experience. The toilet in my room didn’t flush and we let the front desk know right away just after check in. I was staying there with my family so there were 6 of us in one room. The front desk said they would call in a ticket. A few hours later we asked for a plunger which was given to us to plunge the toilet ourselves. It didn’t work and the plunger was so filthy and smelly that it made the room smell. I had to leave the fan on all night which is connected to the light and the bathroom door is glass so I didn’t sleep well at all. To top it all off, the light was flickering all night long and my son has epilepsy. A plumber came around 10AM the next morning as we were checking out. I tried to reach out to management with no response. I tried to get ahold of help on the app and didn’t receive a response there either.

VERY nice hotel!! Traveling with kids and the two queen room with sofa bed was incredibly large, felt like an apartment! Really great stay and great experience, all around.

Great experience. Our room was ready upon arrival. She asked which floor I wanted, as they had options on each level. Was offered the details about the swimming pool, breakfast, and workout room. Also told me where to park to be close to my room (either door really works). Room was clean. We did have to run down to get the bedding for the trundle bed, but maybe they don't keep those in the room unless asked for for cleanliness reasons? That's fine. Only negative I have would be the room fits 6 people, but they only give you 2 bath towels? Again - maybe for cleanliness sake and not having to wash unused items? I just find this inconvenient, but maybe there's a reason. The breakfast was OK. Nothing great. I didn't care for the eggs (little watery) and the waffles were kind of crunchy with a sugary cinnamon flavor. Would prefer normal waffles. Just personal preference. Overall great stay and service.

Stayed in room 3005. The room was still dirty when we arrived. We had to wipe the counters off and clean out the microwave. Beds appeared to have just been remade after last guests. Found black hairs in both the beds and the towels. AC unit would not shut off. Elevator is loud enough you can’t sleep. Front desk would not switch us rooms and tried to charge us for the bedding that goes on the hide a bed. Location was convenient though.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great, and the entire place was extremely clean. Our room was on the small side but comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing. The location is very convenient to get anywhere in the KC area.

First time ever in Missouri. I came with dons friends for an event. The hotel is modern inside and out. Check in was great and because I'm a good rewards member, I'm thankful we were able to get in our rooms in the morning. Rooms were very clean, although I found some hair in our shower but nothing to go up in flames about. Beds are super comfy as always. The breakfast was okay but for my vegetarian/vegan pals, not many options except for fruit and you must get down there as soon as they start serving. Otherwise, once it's low/gone, the lady managing the area didn't bring more out. The lobby is very clean and inviting. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. There are many food options within walking distance and there's also a Starbucks next door. I recommend this location.

First time in Kansas and very disappointed with our room1. The AC control is broken and falling off wall2. Toilet and sink left dirty (saved you from the image)3. Bed springs are broken in the middle.This room shouldn't be in service and the maintenance should've known that during cleaning (if it was even cleaned...)Rooms: Make sure they confirm with cleaning that the room was cleaned properly.

Room was spacious, modern, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the bed - we slept great! Free breakfast was delicious! Pool was a nice size and they have some cool outdoor seating areas. Location was good - right by Zona Rosa shopping and 20 minutes from downtown. Only thing for me was that I think it could have been a little bit cleaner, but I am a self-proclaimed germ freak and everyone else in our group thought it was pretty clean!Very nice hotel for the price!!

Very helpful staff, clean room, nice location...close enough to the airport but not noisy. I would have given it five stars if it were not for the leaky shower head that dripped onto the metal drain guard all night. Otherwise, a good stay.

Lovely room! And very friendly and helpful staff!Came to KC for work and I was treated very well here!Really the only downside would be that the breakfast had to be one of the worst hotel breakfast’ I’ve had ?. I’m not sure how to explain it, it just wasn’t very good at all lol ??♂️Lots of stuff walking distance from here though!
