I wish I could give it zero stars. My kid looks like his hair was cut by a teenager wearing a blindfold. He went in for a trim and clean up in the back around the ears. There was no skill or blending put into his cut and he has a performance this weekend. Now, we will pay my stylist to do her best to fix the hack job done to his hair.

Kristin gave me a phenomenal cut. I got a wild hair and wanted it a little shorter than my notes showed and it was no problem.Took it down a notch and knocked it out of the park.Great work!

I liked the haircut. During it she asked me if I wanted the super shaver saying it helps smooth out the lines. I agreed. I was disappointed to see the $10 add on afterward. I wish she would’ve told me the super shaver is an added cost before doing it.

Most unorganized business I have visited. 4 girls working and one cutting hair. Not sure where the other girls were. Will not go back. Set there about 15 minutes.

We came in last night for my sons first haircut. Brandy did absolutely amazing and was so patient with my son even though he was pretty upset and not having it. His haircut turned out so good & he looks adorable!! Thank you so much brandy!!Service: Kids' cuts

I go to Sportclips a lot and I normally go to the Gladstone location however, the only place available was this location near Parkville. I took my two sons to get haircut and they both got haircuts that were way to short. I specifically show them pictures how I want it but they were More interested in get it done and close the store. It wasn’t just one person because my sons got haircuts from two different people. It’s outrageous to charge $23 for a kids haircut and still do a really poor job . We will definitely not come back to this location.Service: Kids' cuts

Amber is awesome! She really knows what she’s doing even with longer haired clients. I had to bring my baby and she was so patient and understanding. My hair looks so much healthier and has body to it now. Thank you!

Horrible experience, I got off work early to get my hair cut for the weekend. Waited in the store for 30+ minutes and when I was on deck all checked in the next two hair stylists finished at the same time and called the names of the two people after me on the list who had came in after me. When I confronted them about it they said they were in front of me. Will never go back to this location. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been coming to this place for years. My haircut was fine. But my overall experience was terrible. I’m not coming back after this last experience. Here is why.I checked in online (was given a 25 minute wait time) and arrived early. I had scheduled myself for the first available stylist, I was told by a stylist when I arrived that I was next on the list to get a haircut. I verified that that was the case and sat down.After I took a seat they sat 7, yes SEVEN, people before me over the next hour. I checked the check-in screen time and time again and I was still next in line, but now instead of first available I had been assigned a stylist. I stayed because I had nothing to lose at that point.When my new stylist (not the first one available) finished with the customer before me. She asked if she could take a lunch. I understand that people need breaks. But they should be scheduled so that someone can take their spot since customers have been waiting and have their own schedules and obligations. On top of that there were other stylists available standing around doing nothing who could have taken me instead.This is ridiculous, this is a management problem, I felt unwelcome, and I won’t be returning. I waited well over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Just to be told that my stylist needed a lunch when others were available. Management do with this review what you will.Service: Haircut
