Today we worked with Nick and UniQue. They were both amazing- they were able to answer all our question, very helpful and friendly. We've had issues before with in-store associates and CS 800 # so we came in already extremely frustrated. So happy they changed our experience, we will be back!

Haven't had the best experience with Spectrum to begin with, walked in and walked up to a rep and instead of greeting me she said sign in up front. There was a crowd standing at the single sign in computer so I didn't see it. The whole customer service team was rude and not helpful.

My kids love the school and their teachers. They learn so much at Spectrum and I know my 5 year old will be ahead of the game when she goes to kindergarten since she is already reading.
