Watched one representative hassle a woman who wanted to pay her bill and close an account. We had a self-righteous representative who was doing us a favor. Would suggest going somewhere else. Poorly run. 3 people and slow.

On 6-20-2024 I made an appt. to return my old cable modem after an upgrade. I arrived before my appt. time, checked in at their computer kiosk, and was then ignored for half an hour while the two people at the counter waited on person after person who came in after I did. Finally I went and stood at the counter until they had to acknowledge my presence. When I told them I had an appointment one of them told me they had called my name and I hadn't answered. He also told me that _they_ were a Spectrum _store_, and I should have taken my old modem to UPS since Spectrum has a returns arrangement with UPS. I am certain that either they never called my name or that they called me so softly it was inaudible. I have never in my life had a problem hearing my name called while waiting. Plus, Spectrum's own website lists their stores as an option for returning equipment. I fervently hope I do not have to deal with Spectrum's store personnel ever again!

Customer service is very poor. Staff is slow and unorganized. Takes almost 20-25 just to handle one customer and yet 3 employees move slow like sloths

Terrible. My grandma got a phone through spectrum and it’s like 200 bucks a month along with the cable and internet and the phone barely works and it has constant chrome ads making the phone run slower. I’ve tried to turn them off but it’s almost impossible. I hear you guys use refurbished stuff so no wonder it doesn’t work. Another thing is the outages are CONSTANT. Like at least once or twice a month.

Got sold service that were presented to be mandatory (they were not). Called customer service to get them taken off. The day after I left the store I started receiving about 10 spam calls per day. So if you feel like getting scammed and have your phone number sold go here!

They are always deali.g with complaints everything I come in bit they do what they can it might be frustrating but I still think they can do a tad better

Mr. Ser Oliver was the best Spectrum representative I have ever worked with. He was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. My Grammy now has a new and working phone thanks to him!

If you like regular outages, non-existent customer service, slow/short ranged internet service, and perpetual bill increases despite all of those aforementioned issues, this is the internet provider for you.
