This place is a call center. If you arrive here, you'll be greeted with badge-only entry or by security.There are places for food delivery to be set, for to those who work here, but it is not a store.It's a 24-hour work zone, but not a place to go for customer support (unless you call in).

I briefly worked there three weeks and was told that if I didn't resign, I was getting fired.No one told me that this position is in a call center. Apparently I was hanging up on callers. I did not know that calls came to our headset without notification.The floor managers don't help the new employees.This was a horrible experience.Worst workplace experience ever.

Inexperienced people working there and some rude. Also calling you a million times even when you tell them you can't get their service or don't want their business. They also try to charge you for no service. Hard 2 return equipment!!!!

I've been having to stream TV because the techs are unable to resolve a cabling issue. Pixeling and audio problems so bad I had to just unplug the boxes and watch shows via the app.This is how the techs left the box after visiting the house.

The fact that they issue a new account number each time you move to a different address helps the credit industry deny credit for on time pmts, as new accts create less time as a customer.

Fire spectrum!!!!!!Canceled service over the phone. The agent said that if I turned in the equipment by Oct 5th I would owe nothing more. I returned the equipment almost two weeks before the deadline. They still charged me. They refused to uphold the information given by the agent. Plenty of other companies that can do a better job and actually care about their customers.Fire spectrum asap.

Poor Tv programs low level of tv movies program are annoying only for specific audience in main hours. We want to see family value oriented programs also for normal white focus, husband wife and family. Interesting Educational programs, sports, geography travel... I reached out to Kathleen Mayo (EVP of Customer Operations) and spoke with Jill Girard about receiving the same $29.99 unlimited rate that they offer new (and newer) customers. They said no, because- get this- I've been with them too long! This is discrimination, plain and simple. I'm disgusted at Spectrum Corporate, who I thought would have done the right thing and offered me the deal. I'm switching out our phones and internet, and I'm switching out my office too. "Customer Service"- what a joke.
