Its really impressive and outstanding what these people do here; how many people and animals they help every day! Plus, they keep a positive attitude and are extremely patient with stupid people.
It was very simple to drop off my pet to get neutered, then pick him up in the afternoon. He was microchipped and they provided medicine with clear instructions.

When I called and spoke with an employee about their urgent care hours, they indicated they would be open Monday through Thursday. When you call their number, it also indicates they are open Monday through Thursday for urgent care. But if you show up on a Thursday morning, bright and early with your animal in your car, crying to death, you will find on their door. It says Thursday they are not open for urgent care. This company needs to get it together. Very unprofessional on their part. I am not happy

PRC is remarkable! They are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals. Their customer service is excellent and their pricing makes vet care affordable. I am so grateful for this organization and the work they do to help make rescue possible for me. I highly recommend them!

Very well organized. Make sure you bring plenty of patience if you are dropping off by car. The line will be long. But there is logic to the system which also keeps costs down. We suggest rounding up your bill if you can afford it.(we were in line 40 minutes)

I have used their services several times clear back when they were Spay and Neuter Clinic. Price was great, and my cats seem no worse the ware than those that were done at my vets.
