This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop. Jay is kind, knowledgeable, honest, effective, and really met me where I was (stressed and in tears about my exhaust). What I imagined would be several days without my car & a lot of money, turned out to be a 30-minute repair for a really affordable price. The amount of relief I felt being able to drive my repaired car away was massive. Honestly, I feel no fear about dealing with future exhaust issues now that I know Jay and his amazing work. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Found South K.C. Muffler & Automotive shop online driving from Colorado. We needed repair work done on our 1998 Suburban and stopped 1st thing in the morning. He got us in within 20 minutes, replaced 2 sensors and had us back on the road very quickly!
He did a thorough job in replacing the sensors.

This is my number one choice when it comes to muffler work. They are not just pros, but they are affordable , and most importantly honest hardworking guys who will go the extra mile to make sure they get the job done right. Jay noticed immediately that my issue was not my muffler, but my shield. He did not even charge me a penny out of courtesy. I am sure another shop would not have told me what was wrong and rip me off. Great service at the best price!

Do not trust any new mechanics there. They charged $236 just to mess my truck even more than what it was. Then had the nerve to charge me to fix a so called problem that appeared the second time bring it back to them. I had brought my truck back 3 times before I had to take it to another mechanic
Do not go to this place!!
