I am a huge fan of Soap Refill! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful (especially when I inevitably overfill my container and make a mess). Products are high quality, and every time I stop by I end up leaving with something new to to try! I have been slowly switching to plant-based, environmentally friendly products/cleaners, and they seem have a cleaner for everything. I’m grateful they can fulfill a need that a lot of us have, for very reasonable prices!

A true neighborhood gem. I’ve been over the past couple months switching all my household products to the products at the refill station. Supporting a local business, reusing plastic containers, and having better made ingredient products. It’s a win win!

We came in to buy some soap, it's a cool store. They have liquid soap, bar soap, laundry soap, bath bombs, etc. It's roughly the same price as grocery store soap, but their soap is way better, the quality is excellent. They take clean, neutral smelling containers too so if you forgot to bring one they might have some for you to use. Their shop is also good for the environment!

Love, love, love this place. The gals that work here are super nice and helpful and are always willing to help the customers. Their customer service skills are top notch. I’m glad they exist.

I LOVE that there is a soap refill up here! It makes getting products I want and need while making me feel like I'm doing a sustainable practice. I will say, this one is a little bit smaller than their Springfield store, but it is just as great and has the same products!!

I absolutely love this place! They've got anything you'd need : soaps (obviously) of all kinds, laundry, hair/body, and more!Today I saw sunscreen and dog shampoo too!

Friendly staff who love their products and multiple 0 waste swaps can be found here! So glad that this store is close to me and that I can help reduce my waste by refilling the same bottle over and over!You'll find more than soap here too. I can't get toothtablets, shaving supplies, loofahs, toothbrushes, shampoo/conditioner, bathbombs, oxyclean and much much more. Also as I'm sensitive to scents it's nice that these products don't give me heaches. It's worth it !

My fiancé and I are huge fan of SOAP Refill Station except for dish soap. Other than that we try to always refill and visit SOAP Refill Station to prevent from harming the environment. They have tons of options with no scent and scented options.

I don't typically leave reviews, but this store is simply the best!! I've refilled my hair products here a few times now and I love that a mundane task like buying shampoo is now something that brightens my day. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They have just about every household and personal care product you could think of - but zero waste! The concept is pure genius - will be returning to re-re-refill :)

I want so badly to give this shop more stars, but I can't. It's not due to the staff who are super nice, it's the price. It cost me 30-40% more to refill a container. That's with a "discount". My $18 soap at the store cost me $26 to fill here. Great idea for a shop jusr ridiculous prices.

Not only is it sustainable to reuse containers but many things are also more affordable to buy here vs Target or wherever. There's a large selection of products as well, all Earth-friendly!
