Hari was so helpful and kind on Christmas today. I haven’t purchased any sort of vape in my life, and haven’t used any smoking device since I was a teenager. I came in with very little knowledge about the new technologies and methods available for smoking and vaping. Hari thoroughly explained what each component of the vaporizers were, what they were, their interchangeability, how they worked. She was very knowledgeable of the products. She somehow understood exactly what we were looking for, despite the fact didn’t know any of the terminology in order to communicate what I was trying to achieve as far as delivery, etc and did not understand how or what the products really did before coming in. I researched some vapes online, but because I didn’t know the terminology, I didn’t understand the descriptions provided. I’m really grateful for her patience. I felt really dumb and embarrassed about knowing so little about what I wanted. Hari met me with only kindness and well thought out questions to help lead me to the product that would work. Hari, thank you so much, from me and my dad. Merry Christmas! I hope you enjoy Kansas City! Welcome!!!

Cam is the Kratom Genius. He's the only one I trust to give me the right info on it, he's so knowledgeable. Knowledgeable about everything they sell to be honest, I'm just mainly into the Kratom. He has a cool personality too and he takes his time with you. Even if this guy is having a bad day you'd probably never know it, he's that good with customers. Thanks, Cam.

Customer service was great here but hookah shisha is lacking and few are expired. Cloud 9 across the street owed by same people was worse, customer service is good but entire selection of hookah shisha was over year expired. Check the dates!!!

Teach your staff how to multitask and work more than one customer at once. It is ridiculous to have to wait for no reason other than the fact the clerk is staring at a customer doing nothing.This is way too common in many of these establishments. Do better. I was better at multitasking during my first year of employment over 25 years ago.I'm just going to start walking out anytime there is another customer in the store because vapor staff seem to think they can only help the first person they greeted, whether or not that customer knows what they want or if they're si.ply browsing.Quit wasting everyone's time. Wasting labor. And now you earn less.Gg.Learn how to run a shop.
