James did a good job presenting the attributes of each of the mattress selections and helped us make an informed decision. The fact that we can change to a different option after 30 days gives us comfort that we won't have to live with a wrong choice.

If I could select zero I would. This entire experience has been a nightmare I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. We purchased our bed in the local store where the sales guy was friendly but never did inform us that if we hated it we wouldn’t get a full refund. He did tell us the sheets were final sale but I figured that we wouldn’t need to return the sheets because we would love the bed. The bed was delivered and set up by Eric (a KCMO sleepnumber employee) set up seemed fine. About 3 days after having it the bed quit working all together. The responsive air wasn’t responsive, the WiFi wouldn’t stay connected, the bed has a giant air bubble in it and it’s just been completely uncomfortable. I contacted the company with my complaints and they were less than helpful. They got their money and now they don’t give two craps about their customer. They sent their tech (Eric) back out to check it out. Eric told me the SCS wasn’t working, the responsive air was in fact broken and the WiFi within the base was spotty. Eric said he would put all of that in his report. After the tech left, I called sleep number to get the return started. That’s when sleep number informed me it’s final sale (even though it’s broken) and that Eric wrote in his report that everything was working fine when it in fact was not. Now as a nurse at a local hospital I am forced with sleepless nights on a broken bed because of poor manufacturing and poor customer service. Shame on you sleepnumber. We will just see everyone on social media says and what a judge has to say about all of it

Great customer service! James was great. He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer any questions we had and wasn't an over-bearing "salesman". He gave us our space and let us take our time in deciding on our purchase. They even had toys to help keep my 4 year old entertained while we shopped. Great experience and will buy from there again when I'm in the market.

We went into the Liberty store to better educate ourselves on the Sleep Number bed options and to test the comfort of each. We had the pleasure of working with Jade. She helped us through the process of learning more about each type of bed and mattress they had to offer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was also very patient and kind throughout our time deciding what we wanted to purchase. We ordered our new bed that day and we look forward to improved and painless sleep! We would highly recommend this store and recommend that you ask for Jade!

We already have a Sleep Number bed and were looking to upgrade. The staff was super friendly and helpful and let us navigate alone for awhile as well so we could discuss what we wanted without feeling pressure. Our salesperson was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Jade was wonderful. Customer service outside of the store is terrible. In desperate need of what I ordered and label has been created but not updated after seven days. Don’t count on any logistical help and honestly I would never buy another sleep number bed. Spend the money and get a Tempur-pedic.

Poor customer service, the 1st associate was more interested in his phone than helping us. Another associate was lying in the bed with his feet up on an iPad talking to the female associate. So no one really wanted to help us which prompted us to leave immediately and never return.
