Less than expected quality for Choice Hotels. Complimentary breakfast is stale biscuits and lukewarm gravy...disappointing overall.

Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel. This place is a dump. Rooms are dark musky and dirty carpets. Paid for breakfast. Didn't tell us when breakfast is available and ready at check in. Most hotels offer breakfast until 10 at least. They wouldn't issue refund for the breakfast add on charge. This is worse than super 8 or motel 6. Sleep inns usually are a little better. My recommendation, sleep in your car.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.The only issue was that they are currently working on the hot water, which left me with a cold shower this morning.

Don't waste your money. This place was JANKY and not worth the $120 we paid. Maybe $40. The shower door won't actually close, so you're cold your whole shower. Walls are paper thin. The hallway smelled of whatever food someone was microwaving- and not in a good way.

The guy that works at night is a absolutely HORRIBLE human being! I made my reservation through Priceline at 1AM on January 19th. I called the hotel before hand and asked him about what dates to make it for and let him know I'd be checking in around 3am. When I get to the hotel he tells me he can't find my reservation because I made it 30 minutes before he did the night audit so he can't see the reservation. I then try to explain it's -15 degrees outside and that was the last one my money, I also let him know that he was the one that advised me to make it for those dates! He's was so RUDE and UNKIND ! He told me "it's not his problem that I used the last of my money" I they proceeded to sit in the lobby to make some calls and he told me I couldn't sit in the lobby if I didn't have a reservation! I told him again it's freezing outside and my car heater is broken. He said that wasn't his problem.. I then told him to call the police because I'm going to sit here till I get done talking to the third party company.... The police never came and he wouldn't call the supervisor either .. TERRIBLE MAN!

I had a wonderful 10 days at this location, absolutely awesome this, the service, the rooms are clean, breakfast is good, what's not to love?

Rooms were nicely decorated. However, upon entering our room, we noticed a strong pungent odor. It smelled of sewage. Light bulbs were burnt out, the shower did not have much pressure, and it took quite a while to get any hot water. Their complimentary soap had an odd smell to it. The smoke detector was covered with plastic. They say you pay for what you get, and in this case, it is true. I won't be staying here again.

It was very nice. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very clean and had great service at the desk. If need be, we'll be back again!

The absolute worst hotel I've ever made a reservation to. By the way, NO POOL. I specifically reserved the room because of the(apprently non existant)amenities. Worst anniversary of my life, we didnt even stay because the room we were given was covered in bloody fingerprints and partial handprints on the walls(there was obviously a recent brawl in there-holes patched poorly.) The room smelled repulsive, like a granny had been smoking in there for a month. To top it off, due to their "preautherization" I was charged twice in one day which threw my account into overdraft. So not only did I get an aweful room, I am still missing my refund(its been 6 days already)and they refuse to reimburse me for the money they overdrafted my account by.

The room had 1/2 pieces of a peanut butter cup on the floor. There was trash in the can already. Food in the refrigerator. The toilet seat was broken. The TV had prints all over it. This room was unacceptable. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the airport.

Immediately upon arriving, we noticed a gross smell in the entrance and the hallways. When we entered our room, a thick, humid, mildewish smell just about knocked us down. We proceeded inside where we noticed that our window had been left completely open which I’m so glad we noticed before going to sleep! Later we noticed that our fire alarm was also broken. It almost felt as if someone was in the middle of getting our room ready but ran out of time? Very much would not recommend this place. I feel very unsafe and dirty here.
