Your dog is an individual here, and loved like family. They treat my grumpy little Mini Schnauzer, Zoey, with so much respect. They recognize when she’s just having an off day, and listen to what her behavior is trying to tell them when she has those off days. It’s why Zoey is always so happy to pull into Gia’s parking lot and walk inside. She’s never scared to go.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I am very picky when it comes to grooming for my golden doodle but they knock it out of the park every time. It’s obvious that all of their staff are true animal lovers and I trust that my dog is loved and treated like family while she’s there. The receptionist is always extremely kind and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I think Jen does the actual grooming on my dog and she always does a fantastic job. Gia communicates well with reminders and updates on when they are ready for pick up. They also have a great shop with tons of fun (and well researched) toys and treats. Hands down the best groomer I’ve ever been to!!!!

We had a great experience getting baths for our dogs today. My husband said he could just feel how much they love animals and I agree, so this place is a great fit for us.

We’ve taken our dog to Gia’s every couple months for 6 years now. They always take great care of her and are very communicative and helpful if there are any issues. We’re extremely grateful we found her shop.

They took really good care of my corgi Cipher. The groomers were always really helpful and gave me some advice for shedding management. Gia, the owner, is super nice and friendly as well. Cipher is now getting very acclimated to the grooming situation and he LOVES coming here because he knows he’s going to get all kinds of love. Thank you Gia for providing a safe, clean, and kind environment for our furbabies!

My recently adopted Aussie is very nervous around new people and in new situations. I just had a feeling that Gia and her crew would know exactly how to help this little one feel good about a grooming experience. Gia explained to me exactly what they would be doing to help my dog feel more relaxed and safe, and Mitzi did the actual grooming. I really can't say enough about how great the whole experience was. It just makes me happy that there are people like Gia and her crew who are kind and caring enough to take the time to make this one little dog feel safe and cared for.

I love this place. Very wholesome and the groomers put a lot of effort into making sure the dog is comfortable during the grooming process. I have a young Aussie mix who can be nervous with new people so I want the experience to be positive to avoid possible behavior issues that could develop from fear. I trust gia and her colleagues and haven't had any issues so far.

Gia and the staff are incredible. They always take such good care of our dogs when we bring them in for grooming. One of ours in particular doesn't like getting brushed, everyone here does such a good job of making sure they do what's right for your pets!
