I went to Sam’s Club in Liberty yesterday (6-21) around 4-5pm. I know that they check all membership cards when you come in the store now, and that’s ok with me. I wasn’t quite prepared to show mine but was getting it out but the gentleman working the door did not ask to see mine. However, right behind me were two people and he did ask to see their cards. Why them and not me? Honestly the only real difference between them and myself was the color of our skin. They asked this gentleman working why they asked them and not me? I heard this and I stopped and turned around to see what he would say….. he said nothing! Really? Seriously? Is Sam’s Club racial profiling now? I stepped into their conversation and I wanted to know why as well. This man had nothing to say. He did not even have time to have a conversation about this. I’m sure this is nothing new to a lot of people, but I’m sick of it. And if I’m sick of it, I cannot even imagine what it’s like to live with this on a daily basis. I am so sorry to these two people…I don’t know you but you seem like very nice young men. This is part of what is wrong with our country. And that’s exactly what I said to the Sam’s Club employee. I am glad I stopped and stepped up for these two guys and I would do it again and again. I hope somebody from Sam’s Club reads this and stops this kind of behavior. Don’t hire people who have no tolerance for others. We are ALL Gods children…we need to ALL start acting like one.

I went there to buy a pumpkin pie. They were out and don't plan to have any before Thanksgiving. There store on Oak is also out.

Sue at customer service is very helpful. I am now upgrading my membership because of her amazing customer service. I went from wanting to cancel to upgrading! Thank you Sue!!

Had an appointment to get new tires put on my car. Had to scan the QR code for help. Someone had to come and find the tire installers to get me checked in. No one at the counter.

Very disappointed in the store today. Came to get ice drinks for my kids and the drink machine was down so we couldn’t add it to my purchase on scan and go. Then my son said he wanted frozen yogurt instead but there is no tap to pay option which we didn’t find out until the treat was already made and placed in front of him, you are not able to scan and go that item. So we paid over a hundred dollars in groceries for my son to leave in tears over a $1.11. Will definitely be re-thinking renewing our membership here after how the whole situation was handled. And yes I did go to customer service to ask if there was a way to purchase one through the Sam’s club app but of course they were rude and unhelpful.

Karen and Judy /Julie (didn’t have name tag)refuse to let me speak to their superior. I went to customer service to get assistance with a discounted item in which Judy told me to go check the price and take a picture and to bring it back. I checked online and verified the price. Judy then said “it’s not this particular scent, you have to READ” as if that was not disrespectful enough. Both the clearance items were right under the price in bundles. Neither one of these ladies wanted to do their job nor did they want to honor the price for neither item. Judy then began yelling at me in a very combative way said she didn’t have to give me her name (she didn’t have a name tag) While Karen watched and when I asked for a manager Karen said she was the manager. They both lack professionalism and customer service experience. Better luck at Costco!

Not a bad place to buy stuff but unfortunately on top of the phone salesman now they have a lady standing there trying to sell you windows.

Working there was okay but super unorganized Davieon Brown and Derrick leads of merchandise don't help or make anything better also sams did not allow me to leave the job properly with a two weeks notice just walked me out no open door or right due process that's corporate America for you I guess plz apply for Sam's they'll love and treat you so outstanding for 15 dollars an hour
