The hours listed NEVER match when they actually close, don’t waste your time driving there. They’ll watch you try to open the locked doors at 6 pm when they say they’re open.

All of the salvation army stores are overpriced the one by me on Johnson drive acts like that stuff is new,not like they had to pay for it they are a joke

They have good and nice items in the store. February 8, 2024 @ 1:00 one of their employees had completed my baby whose 7 years of age saying shes beautiful, then in the same breath called my child a thing. (telling me I have a beautiful thing in my basket). I told her she's not a thing, shes a princess (the lady goes on to say not all /pause/ girls like to be called a princess; I respond tss they all do!). I had to remain calm let her staff know after I corrected her because I was about flash on her. My baby says mama why did she call me a thing? I said to my child some people are just foolish.0.0.0.0.0 stars

Might be the most overpriced “thrift” shop I’ve been too. Most stuff I looked at would actually be cheaper to buy brand new from the store.

Google says I haven't visited this location for 5 years. Glad I read the reviews before I wasted my time. Overpriced? Not surprised. (Nowadays u can get brand new clothes online for the same price as thrift stores). Rude customer service these days!? Absolutely believe it and very common. Will do my own good elsewhere with my money while rude cust. svc ruins retail & they go out of biz cuz no one wants to go there. Ya did it to yourself. Enjoy.

I came to this location around 6pm tonight and was informed by the man leaving that they were closed. The website shows 7pm for daily closure. He acknowledged this information and said he has begged "them" to change the store hours to 6 since covid. We still blame inconvenience on covid. I'll bet he hasn't begged them to allow them to stay open the extra hour as listed though. They sure were ready to go home. I suggested an edit on the store hours on Google without any begging or pleading. #doingthemostgood ?

This place is a joke they promote the love of Jesus but all these ppl working here need God they are so mean and miserable they're stuff is overpriced I thought this was supposed to be a place for ppl with less to come and shop but the prices are ridiculous will never come here again !

Some decent finds... but WHY post your hours as closing at 6p, but start harassing customers to check out at 5:30! And WHY be just unpleasant and rude if you're going to run a business?? I was out the door before 6 and still they were just grumpy ? ughhh and acting like i was keeping them open beyond hours! I don't know if this older couple are the owners or managers, but they are NOT good for business!!

Extremely poor customer service. Many items without stickers and cashiers seem unaware of what the actual prices for items are. They also don't accept returns and the cashier seemed offended when I asked.
