Showed up 5 mins late, they cancelled my appointment. Three of those minutes I was waiting in the office. Obviously had scheduled too many cars. This will be my last experience with any Safelite.

Dropped my car off in the morning and it was done within 2 hours. Safelite was able to calibrate my new windshield which saved me from having to spend even more money doing it at the dealership! Quality Service.

We have 2 vehicles that required new windshields we booked the appointments the first appointment is home install we get a time range 8-12 they then require 2-3 hours to install and calibrate windshield the issue is the wasted day waiting to get service. Book an appointment have the tech show up at the time if it’s 8 am they are on time 2-3 hours later it’s completed next appointment is 11 allow 30 min to travel next appointment 1130 our instal time frame was 8-12 we get a text saying your tech will est arrival at 1045 current time is 1145 NO TECH. In 15 MIN this person will be 4 hours late I could have worked a half day if they booked for a purpose this is not cable or the gas company. Total disregard for customers time. I would cancel the appointment but I loose another day of work with no way we are canceling both of our appointments don’t waste your time

Cracked my windshield today on my way to work. Got an online quote for $950 out of pocket. Wanted to call and ask if it was cheaper for me to bring it in rather than have someone come to me. Can’t talk to anyone though and just get disconnected. Great service, Safelite. Now I’ll have to drive there to ask someone.

I’ll be so honest, I had no problems at first. The windshield repairman came to my house at the time stated. He filled in my chip and explained that it would still be the slightest bit visible since it was a fill-in and not a total replacement. Okay perfect, no problem whatsoever. The guy did a great job and was very professional. My problem came when I was sent an email from Safelite 3 months later saying my bill had not been paid and I would be sent to collections if it wasn’t paid within the next few weeks. Well that’s odd because I have a $0 comprehensive deductible and it should have been paid for by my insurance. Here’s the kicker, no matter what phone number you call, whether it be the 816 or the 1-800, you can only talk to robots!!! No matter what I said to the robot, no matter what buttons I pushed, I couldn’t get a human on the phone! And the same goes for email. Finally I just called my insurance who told me I had no open claims & that my claim from the windshield crack had been paid and closed 3 months ago when I filed it! Thank god Statefarm was able to contact them and get it figured out because there was no possible way for me to do it without having to show up in person at this location. So to anyone who is needing a new windshield, don’t go through this sleazy company. I have taken all my future business & will recommend any and every body to go to Binswanger Glass in Gladstone. They are 1000% more reliable than this shady business.

This is my third use of this Safelite location. I've been pleased each time. Customer service is very pleasant and prompt. On this latest glass replacement, a small stain was made on the side pillar. They informed me of it when I picked up the car and advised that they would replace the part for free. When the part arrived they said just to show up anytime convenient for me and as promised, they replaced it immediately when I arrived. In addition to friendly staff, the lobby is well appointed for those who need to wait including water, coffee, a work area and plenty of charging ports.

They have great customer service and have had them replace 2 windshields. first time they didn’t hook up my windshield washer hoses the the wipers which I hooked them back up on my own and the second time they didn’t put windshield trim all the way. Not big deals just time out of my day to take my car back up for them to fix. And they did drop everything and fix my trim.

Never able to talk to a real person unless you to go the stores and not questions are able to be answered through their computer generated lines. Computers never replace real humans. Wish company’s still understood that.
