Well, I was happy but then I turned on my defrost and glass shots out all over so that was awesome. There's a very common issue when replacing my cars windshield, the top trim isn't reinstalled with new clips and silicone isn't used so it flys off down the road. I had thought they did it right till it fell off on the highway. I called and left a message but never heard back. I guess I pay out of my own pocket.

I could not be happier with the service that Safelite performed. My car was broken into sometime on Friday, and by the time I learned of it.. everywhere was closed. I had used Safelite multiple times in the past and choosing them again was a no-brainer. I was able to get a quote online and a mobile appointment booked the very next day (a Saturday!!) at no additional cost.
I received a call from my Safelite technician, Chandler, at 10:30 am stating that he had earlier availability than my original time frame of 12-5pm and could come immediately if I was available. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to provide my window replacement. Chandler was done within an hour and my window is as good as new and functions perfectly.
The price quoted was the exact price I was charged, and he was very professional- asking multiple times if there was anything else he could do or if I had any questions for him.
I can’t thank Safelite and especially Chandler enough for providing efficient, timely, and stress-free service sooner than I could have imagined, and that I could have it done while comfortably at home. Thank you Safelite and Chandler!!

Quoted $303 online they said $650 when I got there. If the cost to calibrate is more than the glass you may want to mention that in the quote. Almost like a bait and switch, I walked out. Also stood in the lobby for 15min rang the bell 4 times, could hear people talking in the next room and they all just ignored it, didn't see anyone actually working on cars while I was in there either. Poorly run establishment, I should have read reviews before going here. I hope it's just a bad Safelite location and not the norm. Honda dealership is only $500 with the calibration

Easy scheduling, timely, efficient work, and being a government entity, they worked with us to set up an account for ease of use.

They were terrible and rude. The front desk girl is only good to tell you idk. The manager never picked up the phone. Then the lead tech came out and he has 0 customer service skills all because they double booked appointments. Mike the service tech needs to be fired.he threatened to take this outside. Avoid this location at all cost. I would put negative if possible

Our window was broken into and we took our car to safelite to get it replaced. We'd looked online to see how much it would be and were quoted about $400. We paid online in the morning and took our car there in the afternoon. Our car is a manual and they didn't have anyone there who can drive a manual so we had to drive the car in and out. Weird but whatever. We waited at the store for the window to be replaced and they told us it would take about 2 hours to finish. We have a lot of stickers on the car and for the first 10-15 minutes they were just standing around the car looking at the stickers. Once they did examine the car, they told us that the window we had been quoted for wouldn't fit the car and the window they could replace it with would cost an extra $300. They told us that they could order another window from a different manufacturer, but couldn't guarantee that the new window would fit the car either. We didn't want to wait for another window, especially if it still may not fit, so we paid the extra $300.
The situation of having our car broken into is frustrating in itself, but being quoted one price and pre paying it only to have to spend another $300 is incredibly aggravating. I couldn't remember seeing any fine print about the quote not covering such a possibility (ie. the window not fitting the exact car that we put in their form to get the quote in the first place) so I went back and looked and there indeed was not. A disclaimer that the quote may not be correct and the cost could be almost double would have been appreciated.

I arrived to pick up my car and the work was great as usual. However some random woman was sitting in my car when I arrived because she claimed she thought it was her car. They do not value you your personal property or safe guard your property in any way when it’s on their premises. They just leave cars unlocked and let anyone in them that feels the need. They claim that since they are close by they don’t feel the need to lock the cars. Be careful coming here! They’ll just give you an empty apology and then you’re left hoping nothing was stolen.

I have had a number of windshields replaced and cracks fixed by Safelite and have always been very satisfied. They do fast and efficient work. They come to the house and do the work there. Website appointment making is brain dead simple.

Couldn’t be more pissed. New car, got a stone ding with less than 7500 miles. Came in for a repair and they cracked the windshield beyond the point where it could be fixed. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill. Should have just left the ding alone. It wasn’t affecting my vision. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with Safelite. I’d never come back and don’t recommend them to anyone.

Took my car in and pre-paid to have my window fixed before the appt. When I got there they said they couldn't fix it. The lady in the office said "I wasn't charged". However, she was wrong and I was charged. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Now they are still sending me "I need to pay notices" when they did 0 work. Just wasted my time. This company is very unorganized. Whatever you do- do not prepay for any services

Solid place. I was set to have my windshield installed as a squeeze in and they got it done by 10am and dropped it off at 8am. It did help being the first one to arrive. Also, the front desk girl was very polite to the customers even the two with unfounded frustrations.
