I purchased a furnace, Coil, and Condenser from Ron Peterson on June 9th 2023. When I purchased them I was informed they were all brand new. Ron also gave me a HVAC referral for someone to install the coil and condenser at one of my rental units. The HVAC guy installed them and told me that the units were no good. Ron then told me that they weren't brand new but "like" new. He gave me another number and the second HVAC guy also told me the units were no good. The first HVAC guy stopped returning my calls and I was out $1000. He informed me that the goods Ron gets are actually stolen so you can't register them and they don't usually work because thieves don't disconnect things but just cut lines. I ended up getting another condenser and I bought a new coil. When we went to install the furnace, remember I had purchased a furnace as well, at another unit it too was scrap. It is now November 14th and Ron still has not refunded me for anything. He keeps telling me that he's trying to get the money back from the people he got the stuff from. I thought I was buying from a store and not craigslist!

My mom booked an appointment for him to come check our AC unit and he never showed up or even called. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Good Day! People I am writing this review because I thought Ronald Peterson was my Best Friend we had been Friends for almost 30yrs, I would not have ever thought in my wildest dreams that he did not value our Friendship, to sale me a faulty washer & dryer set bought in August 28 or 29th of this year, had problems the first day of delivery, now here it is November 8th and I mind you I had a 90 day warranty, I have been calling, texting no reply at first and then couple of times he answered and promised me that he was going to take care of me, I've been very patient with him, I have referred many of people to his business, this is how my FRIEND did me! I Pray that TMH YAH will convict your Heart to do right by People. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!

Bought a electric hot water heater that had a broken heating element. His warranty was for me to come pick-up another part from his shop and install it. Bad business, I'm not a plumber or electrician. Cost me $40 for the part and $100 to have it installed. We talked about this problem for a few weeks and this was the best he would do. His warranty is a JOKE...
