Do not use this place management sucks. No help when units are broken into & items stolen . Full of meth heads renting units . Camaras are fake , no help when your unit ends up cut open & ran sacked..happens all the time. use another storage company with real cameras and real security.

I love this place. Evan is an amazing guy with a lot of patience. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning but nothing Evan didn't correct immediately. I would totally recommend this place!! so far so good with me.

Just wanted to say this place has been GREAT! Ive had my belongings stored with Royal State storage for almost 2 yrs. Safe, friendly and super awesome staff. Loved and appreciated the courtesy reminders too. If i need to store again I'll def go back.
