Everyone was friendly and always had food snacks and drinks available, not a bad walk to or from the hospital. They had a movie room, a little play area off of the living room and dining room that kids can build with Legos on the Lego wall

No the lady who answered the phone had no real willing to answer my question attitude nonchalant. Was not a good experience and let me say this! That person does not represent Ronald McDonald House as a whole. Ronald McDonald House does great things for the people they serve as well as the communities they serve. That woman who did answer the phones that day needs to be retrained on interacting with people who call for information. And she definitely needs to change her attitude! While representing a brand that does so much for people!

What a delight to stop by and experience. They had an oven baked pizza truck serving free artisan pizza to the public. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
