As always I received great care and service.
I did chat with the advisors about the process of getting an appointment scheduled. I think the dealership has employed some new systems and they're not working the best. My advisor recommended a call to his direct line which is on his business card. I'm a fan of modernizing systems, but I always appreciate the personal touch as well

Excellent service except I had previously left message to make an appointment and had no return call so went in to make an appointment.
