On a continuation of a road trip from Denver to Nashville, the front passenger wheel bearing in my 3500 dually suddenly decided it had enough. I managed to get off the interstate into a parking lot and started calling shops. Because it was Saturday, shops were either closed or unavailable to look until Tuesday. Just as my mind began reeling about the logistical challenges, I noticed a review of Rite Rate from someone traveling through the area on a holiday that experienced some brake troubles, and they got him fixed up and on the road in a couple hours.Called and spoke to the shop owner explaining the situation and he invited me to come down. Not only did the staff get me back on the road in a few hours, but they all were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Not just to me, but all who were there when I arrived and came after me. Their diagnosis was accurate and did not try to sell me (or anyone else) unnecessary parts or repairs.I Highly recommend this shop.

They are very busy, even they are not listening to what we speak . Atleast they are not telling how much is the estimation price for the problem and what is the issue in the car and how to repair it. Customer satisfaction ?. They don't have time to listen completely.

I recently got my brakes and rotors replaced at this repair shop and they did a great job. I expected to have to make an appt but they were able to fit me in just as a walk-in and completed the work in a timely manner.

I was really hoping that this would become my go-to mechanic. I was quoted a competitive price for a rack and pinion replacement on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. My van was leaking, making a rattling noise when going over bumps, and the steering had some play in it when I dropped it off. It was explained that I would have to get an alignment on my vehicle upon completion, as they did not have an alignment rack in their shop. All of this was fine. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the leak was fixed so I drove straight to Firestone for an alignment. I also had Firestone take a look to ensure that the rest of the front-end looked okay. When I picked up my van, they told me that there were no cotter-pins installed with the new outer tie-rods. Firestone's tech installed them. I noticed two days later that the van was still leaking and making a new clunking noise when turning the steering wheel. I gave it another couple of days just to make sure that it wasn't just some spilled power steering fluid that had pooled somewhere and was dripping on my driveway, or that the noise was just some break-in period for the new parts.Frustrated, I drove my Honda back to Rite Rate. I told them that the van was still leaking and there is now a strange clunking noise when first turning the steering wheel. They said they would check it out, so I left it with them. That evening they called me and said that the oil filter housing and oil pan gaskets needed changed and quoted me an outrageous price. I asked about the noise and was told that they would look at that the next day. They called me the next day and said that the sway-bar links needed replaced and quoted another inflated price to fix it. On top of all that, the receptionist told me that they were going to have to charge me $85 for pointing out these problems. I explained that I didn't bring the vehicle in for a diagnosis but only for them to check the work that they'd already done to make sure something wasn't missed. After all, they forgot to install the cotter pins, and it was now making a strange noise and still leaking, after the boss man told me that the leak was fixed. The receptionist said that she would lower the charge to $75. I expressed my displeasure with the charge and indicated that I would have to leave an honest review. That was met with indifference.Just on principle, I would choose to not take my vehicles back to Rite Rate. My only hope is that the work that they did do does not come back to bite me.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I thought it was a great place to take my vehicle but it turns out to be a upcharge game . I have a radiator supposedly replaced and new coolant system. I paid the 800 dollar only for my car to need coolant three weeks later. When I contacted them , he told me to bring it and he would diagnosis it for 85 and if it's caused by them he would. Replace it for free. Well only person who delt with my radiator and coolant was those guys. Bad business and didn't do the work. I would NOT recommend this auto.

Very good mechanics, expert at steering / suspension diagnostic. They found the actual problem unlike other 2 previous shops diagnosed. Fixed it all for same money as less than other estimates.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I feel like they overcharged me for a diagnostic, I wouldn't recommend anybody going here. They overcharge to like they're a dealership when he just driving the cars around and coming up with something in his headService: Steering & suspension repair

I needed some electrical work on my car, and after five other places told me they couldn't get to me until next week, I pulled into Rite Rate. Before I could even walk in the front door, they were looking under the hood. They identified and fixed the problem quickly, at a VERY fair price. I am well pleased with the service and value.Service: Electrical
