Stayed 2 nights recently due to storms changing travel plans.First was for just a few hours in a smaller room which required use of the sofa sleeper- which was terrible- mattress way too thin causing the springs to be very uncomfortable. Bathroom had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke which wafted into the bedroom. Inquired about a shuttle to the airport, set a early time, and was a little disappointed the front desk attendant didn’t warn us that it was not a shuttle managed/driven by a Marriott hotel employee… so if you’re even 1 minute late, the shuttle doesn’t wait… even at 3:31am. My fault for being late, but the lack of insight definitely caused a large inconvenience.2nd night was in a 2 bedroom suite, which was a big improvement in comfort over the first night. Went for the breakfast and was astounded by how cold the common room was. Asked the front desk staff about it, who was enjoying himself some waffles from the hotel breakfast bar- odd but whatever. He said it was bad hotel design from 20 years ago. Now it certainly was cold outside, around 0 degrees, but seriously Marriott, you can’t upgrade your heating system over the course of 2 decades? I feel bad for the breakfast employees who have to work with winter coats on. Plates were freezing so food was all cold. Lastly, the hallways were all dirty and the elevator is super slow.The only reason to stay at this Residence Inn is the proximity to the airport, otherwise I recommend looking elsewhere.

Booked through a 3rd party. Confirmation email says checkout at 12 noon. At 11 a.m., someone at my door telling me I have to checkout, so I rushed to get ready. Checked out at 11:34 and needed a shuttle to the airport. Asked if I did that when checking in. NO , I wasn't told I needed to do that after I called for a shuttle to the hotel and checked in. Then I'm told the shuttle runs every 30 mins, and they'll try to fit me on at 12 noon. So I had to then wait in the lobby an extra almost 30 mins for a shuttle that they will try to fit me on? Ridiculous and it's too bad because the room and breakfast were great. #GoBills

Taft at check in was a nice young man knowing his job.The room was very clean. Yes I would come back at any time..Rooms: Housekeeping had the room looking perfect.Nearby activities: Trampoline place.

I really liked the layout of the room. Having a separate bedroom from the sitting and eating area gave a nice level of comfort and privacy. It was also very affordable.The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is the mattress of the sofa bed had a gross strain on it right in the middle and it probably needs replacing. There also were no clean towels at the pool.On another note: it would be greatly appreciated if large families would teach their children some simple hotel etiquette. For example, the common spaces are for all guests, not just you and your family. Not everyone is going to appreciate your children screaming at the top of their lungs and splashing at everyone in the pool while you stand outside on the sun deck poking on your phone. Also night time is quiet time, not racing down the hall screaming time (this is also directed at adults). I understand wanting to have fun, but please be at least a little mindful of others.

The two bedroom suits were not very well maintained, one room had smoking smell, shower was extremely slow, out of trash can and coffee pot, but room keeper didn’t even notice. The hotel is big, but elevators are lacking, have to walk really far.

Overall, a decent experience. After several weeks here I felt like most of my needs were taken care of. I was disappointed when the light over the bed went out and they never fixed it when I reported it. Additionally, the bathtub has a dip in the middle where water left a nasty brown stain. Lastly, the kitchen had a pot and frying pan with a top that didn't match either. A little bit more attention to the details would have helped. Overall though, it was a decent stay.

This place is a mess. Air conditioning units dripping on the first floor for a while. Thinking a health hazard.

To be honest, my experience at this hotel one was horrible to miserable and three not worth the money I booked tonight did not have air conditioning for both until they finally moved us at the very end of our stay the final night to a new room I have an 11 month old child had to suffer an indoor 85° weather inside of the hotel of our room because the AC was not working right but other than that the hotel was OK the pool was fine breakfast was fine and staff was pretty cool

Average hotel . Only spent one night . Appeared to be clean but older hotel . We were upgraded to a suite after being given a key to regular room. We used the key , opened the door only to find it was already occupied . Hence the nicer room . Be sure to double check your reservations at the desk as the occupied room we were given a key to and opened had the same last name as ours . Really unsafe and could have been unhappy outcome . Thankfully, the person occupying didn't realize we were able to enter their room with a key .Safety: Given a key to a room that we were able to open and gain access to only to it was already occupied!

I don't even know where to start. I made the reservation a day or two prior to arriving and requested a crib. I called early in the morning of our arrival and also asked for a crib and told him we would be arriving late. When we arrived there was no crib and the front desk guy said he had just asked a half an hour earlier about a crib, even though my request had come earlier in the day. The beds were atrocious. The room didn't seem particularly clean. And to top it off one of our keys didn't work the next day when we were trying to come back from breakfast. The only good thing was that this was a suite, but because the bed was so uncomfortable we got so little sleep. Very disappointed.

I love it here! Spacious lobby and friendly employees and very clean. Very quiet during the day. Wish they had outdoor pool but they have very nice outdoor hangout space with grill and fire pit for fall/winter season. Lots of edible weeds out in the field and sidewalks!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it. Very convenient location. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The clientele are also more family oriented and professional.

The room was dirty. I wiped down the chairs from the dining table and the table. The floor was dirty on the little kitchen area. I told the girl from the front desk that we didn't have a TV guide and all she said was that there should be one, we looked and didn't find it.I did like the location, very close to many stores, restaurants and some attractions. The night person was not very friendly, we had to wait for her to come out. The morning person was nicer.Breakfast is not the greatest, they already have the waffles made, the eggs were cold. Not much variety.

I've stayed in my share of hotels and this was by far the best for my money. It felt homey and roomy. It was very clean and the staff were friendly.
